[ENG/ITA] Muterra: A Project to Look For! Un Progetto da Tenere d'Occhio!

A New Start

After several episodes focused on #WrestlingOnlineOrganization, which were also preceded by a series about #Splinterlands, I feel that it is time again to turn my attention to a new project.

With that I by no means plan to give up on what I have built up so far on Wrestling Online Organization, just as I have in fact always kept investing in Splinterlands, but I would very simply like to carry on with my efforts at diversifying, not putting all my cards (literally and not) in just one project, but rather increasing more and more the games in which I am invested and on which I have assets.

This way I would decrease my exposure to potential risks coming from the downfall of one of these games and, at the same time, increase the chances of catching one that might someday make a big jump forward, thus multiplying my investment.

It's not that I'm hoping to get rich by putting $20 or $30 into a game, yet even a x10 for me would represent a nice accomplishment, as well as a relevant and welcome addition to my portfolio on Hive.

Splinterlands, Wrestling Organization Online and...?

On which new project could I focus on next ? This question has been circling in my head for a while, although I believe I have already identified a good candidate over the past couple of months:

MUTERRA

For those who may have missed it, it's a game that I would describe as pokemon-like, where, in a post-apocalyptic world devastated by a natural disaster, the players are called upon to survive by taming mutated creatures, aka mutee, to defend themselves against the threats of the hostile environment around them.

The game caught my attention from the very beginning and, due to a good amount of luck in a Christmas giveaway, in which I won a whopping 10 packs of cards, I already own a small collection of mutees, as well as about fifty MUT (the game token) gained through an airdrop.

In fact, owning game assets entitles you to receive a bit of MUT each day, which you can then stake to earn additional staking rewards.

In short, I already have a foundation to start from and furthermore the game is both intriguing and different from other games on Hive, besides being already playable in an alpha version... all the right elements seem to be there!

Might this be the new project to watch out for and invest the rewards generated by a weekly post to update both on the game itself and on the progress of my purchases?

A few days to evaluate the current status of my collection, to identify some possible new purchases, and then we'll find out!

Un Nuovo Inizio

Dopo diversi episodi dedicati a #WrestlingOnlineOrganization, a loro volta preceduti da una serie su #Splinterlands, penso sia di nuovo giunto il momento di dirigere le mie attenzioni su un qualche nuovo progetto.

Con ciò non intendo certo abbandonare quello che ho finora costruito su Wrestling Online Organization, come infatti ho sempre continuato ad investire su Splinterlands, ma semplicemente vorrei proseguire nella mia opera di diversificazione, non concentrando tutte le mie carte (letteralmente e non) in un solo progetto, ma aumentando sempre più i titoli in cui ho investito e su cui possiedo degli assets.

In questo modo ridurrei la mia esposizione di fronte a possibili rischi derivanti dall'insuccesso di uno di questi giochi e, al contempo, aumenterei le possibilità di beccarne uno che, un giorno, possa fare un bel salto in avanti, moltiplicando il mio investimento.

Non che speri di diventare ricco investendo 20/30 dollari su un gioco, ma anche solo un x10 per me rappresenterebbe una bella soddisfazione, oltre che una rilevante e gradita aggiunta al mio portafoglio su Hive.

Splinterlands, Wrestling Organization Online e...?

Su quale nuovo progetto potrei puntare allora? Questa domanda mi gira per la testa da un po', anche se è da un paio di mesi che penso di aver già identificato un buon candidato:

MUTERRA

Per chi se lo fosse perso, si tratta di un gioco che io definerei pokemon-like, in cui, in un mondo post apocalittico e devastato da calamità naturali, il giocatore è chiamato a sopravvivere assumendo il controllo di creature mutate, i così detti mutee, con le quali difendersi dalle minance dell'ambiente ostile circostante.

Il gioco mi ha colpito sin dall'inizio e, grazie ad una enorme botta di fortuna in un giveaway natalizio, dove vinsi la bellezza di 10 pacchetti di carte, possiedo oggi già una piccola collezione di mutee, oltre ad una cinquantina di MUT (il token di gioco) ottenuti grazie ad un airdrop.

Possedere assets del gioco dà infatti diritto a ricevere ogni giorno un po' di MUT, che può poi essere messo in stake per guadagnare ulteriori ricompense.

Insomma, già ho una base da cui partire ed in più il gioco è intrigante e diverso da altri giochi presenti su Hive, oltre che già giocabile in una versione alpha... gli ingredienti giusti sembrano esserci tutti!

Potrebbe essere questo il nuovo progetto da tenere d'occhio e su cui investire le ricompense generate da un apposito post settimanale di aggiornamento (tanto sul gioco in sé che sul procedere dei miei acquisti)?

Qualche giorno per valutare lo stato attuale della mia collezione, identificare qualche nuovo potenziale acquisto e poi lo scopriremo!
