My Family's Breakfast...

What's your breakfast today? I hope everyone is having a healthy and delicious breakfast this morning.
My family and I shared a variety of healthy foods for breakfast this morning. And I want to share them with you here.
We had slices of wheat bread. It's healthier than the regular sliced bread.
This is a mixture of hard-boiled eggs and a little bit of grated cheese to add some flavor.
We also had some boiled sweet potato and banana plantain for additional fiber and potassium which is good for blood pressure.
This is some leftover puto maya from yesterday.
As for the drinks, we had green tea with my own mixture of ginger and lemon.
We don't eat rice in the morning. We usually have wheat bread paired with different sandwich spreads, like peanut butter or fruity spreads like blueberry jam. Sometimes, we have a tuna sandwich, different kinds of egg omelets, and lettuce and ketchup. In the past, we were really into mayonnaise, but we should stop for now because of my hypertension.
It is really best to have a healthy diet every day, although sometimes we cannot resist eating some unhealthy food, especially when it is really tempting and delicious. Maybe we can have them once in a while just to satiate our cravings, but with limitations.
Awareness for our health is really important. So let's do it and have a healthy life and pray for a healthy spirit, too.
