Fresh Pancit or Ramen Soup Dish

Hello everyone...

Having a hot soupy dish on a gloomy day is always good.
Yesterday was so gloomy in our place with some scattered rain showers, so I decided to cook a hot soupy dish. I asked my husband to buy a pack of fresh Japanese miki or pancit but it's not available, they only have Japanese ramen. So, I used it instead of fresh miki. Anyways, they both have similar taste, so either would do.
Here’s my hot and fresh pancit/ramen soup.

Fresh Pancit or Ramen Soup Dish

INGREDIENTS:

-Fresh Japanese Ramen
-Pork Tenderloin
-Chayote
-Cabbage
-Bokchoi
-Onion
-Garlic
-Bell Pepper
-Spring Onion
-Ground Black Pepper
-Salt
-Soy Sauce
-Ginisa Mix Seasoning
-Canola Oil
-Water

PREPARATION:

Wash the pork thoroughly and cut into small pieces or according to your desired size.
Wash the cabbage and bokchoi. Then cut the cabbage into strips, and as for the bokchoi, just cut the head part.
Peel and wash onion and then cut into strips.
Crush and peel garlic then cut into smaller pieces.
Wash and cut the spring onions and then cut them into small pieces.
Wash and cut bell pepper in strip size. Gently wash the fresh ramen then strain. Then prepare the rest of the dry and liquid seasonings on the table and set them aside.

COOKING TIME:

Heat a small amount of canola oil in a pan or cooker. Sautee garlic and onion until aromatic.

Add the sliced pork tenderloin. Sautee until it turns to light brown. Add water just as level as the pork.

Season with soy sauce and a pinch of salt to taste. Cover the pan and let it simmer until it evaporates.

Add a little canola oil again, then sautee the bell pepper and chayote for a few minutes, and then add the spring onions.

Mix them all together and then add water. Let it simmer or boil until the meat becomes tender and so does the chayote.

Season it with Ginisa powder mix to taste and ground black pepper. Then add the fresh ramen and continue cooking while stirring.

Then, add the cabbage, mix them well, and then finally add the bokchoi. Continue cooking until it wilted.

And it's done. Here's my delicious hot and fresh pancit/ramen soup dish.

I hope you like it. Thank you so much for sparing your time to read my post. It is much appreciated. See you in my next post. God bless!
