Feeling Blessed...
Warm greetings to all fellow Hivers!
Wishing you all God's abundant blessings today and always... a blessing of love, peace, happiness, and good health.
And speaking of blessings, I am always grateful for the blessings He bestowed on us every day… for waking up each morning, having food that my family shares, having the energy to do our daily tasks, and a lot more.
We also sometimes received blessings from other family members, from friends, and from our kind and generous neighbors.
The other day, we received some guavas from our neighbor. Every time they harvest their guava fruits, our kind neighbor and friend always gives us some like the other day.
He became a close friend to my husband since we started living here in this community. He is also the one who supplies us with a newspaper every morning. His late wife was one of my close friends here. It's just so sad that she passed away I think that was 3 years ago due to diabetes.
It was during the pandemic. When she was still alive, she always gave me some giveaways from the Avon Products she received. She was a dealer of Avon products and some others like Personal Collection and Natasha and I was one of her loyal customers.
I remember during Christmas, she always gave us homemade chiffon cake and we gifted her something too. But even though she's in heaven now, her family still continues giving us stuff like these guavas.
And as for her business, her granddaughter continued doing it and I am among her customers until now.
On the other hand, yesterday, CJ our kid neighbor, brought us another papaya from their garden. (This kid is the one I mentioned in my previous post) His parents always give us some of their vegetables like eggplants, okra or lady finger, and moringa leaves.
These are the guavas and papaya that our 2 different neighbors gave us.
The papaya, even though it's already ripe, it's still crispy! So, I made a papaya salad because my daughter @tegoshei doesn't want to eat the papaya fruit as it is. But, if I sliced it into small pieces and mixed them with vinegar, sugar, and a small amount of salt, she would love to eat it. The same goes for my husband.
And for the guavas, we all love to eat it. It’s not only sweet and soft but crunchy too.
Blessings like this are really valuable for us. I and my family are always grateful for them.
I wanted to share with you all how grateful we are for having blessings like these. It might be just simple to some other people, but for us, it is really precious.
This will be all for today and thank you so much for reading my post. God bless us all!!
Thank you @amiegeoffrey..🥰

It's been a long time since I last tasted papaya and papaya is one of my favorite fruit that I like because it's really yummy. After seeing the papaya fruit, I am planning to buy one in one of these days because I'm craving for it.
You should buy some...heheh and yes papaya is really delicious and nutritious.😊
