Hi Hivers Travelers friends

Today is a very enjoyable day because on this beautiful day I want to go to one of the most beautiful places in our city called the Lhokseumawe City Museum which is located on Jalan Teuku Hamzah Bendahara, Kuta Blang, Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City or more precisely This museum is right in front of the Islamic Center Mosque, which is one of the most iconic places in Lhokseumawe City.

When I arrived at the Lhokseumawe City Museum, I was immediately greeted by an iconic building belonging to the people of Aceh, namely the Aceh Traditional House, this is a house that was used by the community as a place to live in the past.

On the right side of the front of this Acehnese traditional house there is also a small hall which was used as a place for hanging out and deliberation by the community in the past.

Then on the left front side there is also a small hall with circular walls made of bamboo skin which is called "Kroeng Pade", this small hall was used as a storage place for rice or other harvests by the ancient Acah people.

Then here there is also "Jeungki" which is an object that was always present in every Acehnese house in the past, jeungki is a tool used to grind rice into flour.

And the most iconic thing in Acehnese traditional houses is the large drum or what is usually called in the Acehnese language "Tamboe", I also saw 2 small cannons under this drum which makes the drum even more dashing and extraordinary.

The main door of this Acehnese house is made on the side which makes this traditional Acehnese house look more beautiful at the front. Under the stairs I also saw 2 small cannons on the right and left side which makes this house definitely feared by thieves and criminals.

The back of this Acehnese traditional house also looks very beautiful and almost similar to the front, at the back there is also an entrance to the house, every carving on the wall of this Acehnese house from the front, side and back makes an Acehnese traditional house this looks even more beautiful.

The courtyard of the Lhokseumawe City Museum also looks very beautiful and comfortable because the courtyard is very well maintained and this afternoon I saw many small children playing ball in the courtyard in front of this museum.

They look very happy playing ball and also playing on the children's rides that are made here. With rides like this, children really like playing here and this area is also very safe and comfortable for children to play.

In all areas of the Museum's fence walls are also decorated with very beautiful murals so that we will never get bored of seeing every side and corner of this City Museum.

In the front yard area of the City Museum there is also a very beautiful ship monument. The name of the ship in this monument is the "chakra donya" ship which is one of the ships inherited from the Pasai Ocean kingdom.

The view at the front of the Museum is also very beautiful with views of shady trees and also the dome of the Islamic Center Mosque which is very iconic and spectacular.

Each side of the yard of the Lhokseumawe City Museum is always filled with beautiful murals and also a shady museum yard.

Having free time to go here today really made me very happy, this is the story of my trip to the Lhokseumawe City Museum today, see you in my next travel post.
