Monomad - Wild plants in the yard
This is my entry for the #monomad challenge curated by @monochromes.
Seeing that the weather is always changing throughout the day makes the atmosphere around our house look damp due to puddles of rainwater last night, and uniquely from this puddle of water I saw several mushrooms and wild flowers growing abundantly around our house.
First, here I found Oudemansiella mushroom which grows abundantly on a dry coconut that has been submerged in water for a long time and is now on moist soil, this mushroom looks exotic with its tiny body along with its beautiful petals that resemble an umbrella, here are some black and white pictures that I managed to capture of this mushroom.
Then, in one of the fallen coconut trees I again found two mushrooms growing close together like people were hugging, we call this mushroom Honey Mushroom, this mushroom is slightly larger than the previous Oudemansiella mushroom, originally this mushroom is yellowish brown like honey.
What is unique about this fungus is that it grows on areas of peeling coconut tree bark. From the picture I photographed, you can see the fiber from the coconut tree which resembles an electric cable which has a very neat path. This is a very beautiful photo of the fungus and coconut tree fiber.
Next, I want to share the discovery of a very beautiful wild flower behind our house, its name is the posor flower, this flower grows with a herd of wild grass, but this flower looks very beautiful with its overall color being white and having a little purple in the middle, Below are some black and white pictures that I managed to capture of this posor flower.
That's the result of my black and white image for the #monomad challenge, see you in the next post.
