I Want to Get Rid of My Bad Habits

Consistently doing a certain habit will be very difficult to change, even though I feel like I have to do it every day, which I think is very annoying, because after I think about it, I have to get rid of this bad habit immediately so that my life can be better.

Yep, the habit that I want to get rid of is a habit that is definitely always done by most young people in this world, and that habit is staying up late or what is commonly called sleeping late at night.

Although sometimes I sleep late at night for productive things like studying and doing the rest of the work, I think this is a bad habit that I have to get rid of to maintain my own health.

Because from several sources that I have read or heard, there are many dangerous diseases that arise from staying up too often, one of the consequences that I am starting to feel is the decrease in my productivity in the morning because I always wake up late if I stay up late or sleep late at night.

I also feel that my concentration in doing something continues to decrease which disrupts my activities, to eliminate this negative habit starting a few nights this week I have started to sleep earlier and honestly if I often sleep late at night it is very difficult for me to sleep earlier because my eyes don't want to be sleepy.

However, since sleeping early I have started to feel many positive benefits, one of which is that now I can wake up earlier and my mind feels fresher and I am more ready to do various activities because I have enough sleep time.
