Recomendaciones para la gestión y uso de becas en Splinterlands [Es/En]

¡Saludos comunidad! En el reto de esta semana quiero compartir con ustedes mi perspectiva respecto a la gestión y uso de becas en Splinterlands.

Aunque hasta los momentos no he tenido la oportunidad de hacer uso de una beca, ya que utilizo mi propia cuenta. He podido aprender a través de la experiencia compartida por otros usuarios en las redes sociales, y contrastar con mis propias ideas respecto al tema.

Por lo que en esta oportunidad les estaré compartiendo los aspectos que considero clave para la gestión y uso efectivo de becas en Splinterlands, basándome en lo aprendido de experiencias ajenas y mi propia experiencia jugando en equipo como parte de un clan.

El uso de sistemas de becas es algo sobre lo que he escuchado desde el auge de los juegos cripto en 2021, fue y es algo bastante popular en juegos como Axie Infinity, Plants vs Undead, entre otros. Y por supuesto, en Splinterlands también.

Es un sistema que consiste en dar la oportunidad a aquellos jugadores que quieren ser parte de un proyecto o juego pero no cuentan con los recursos propios necesarios para ingresar. Entonces, una persona que cuenta con los recursos y quiere formar parte de un proyecto pero a gran escala, es el que ofrece estas oportunidades, ya que humanamente no puede manejar tantas cuentas él solo, por lo que hace un intercambio del tipo tiempo-beneficio con otras personas.

Entonces, como cualquier compromiso o relación de dependencia entre varias partes, es importante establecer reglas, límites y acuerdos para una sana ejecución de las responsabilidades correspondientes.

A continuación, te menciono algunas de las acciones que debes y no debes hacer mientras gestionas o haces uso de una beca en Splinterlands:

Do’s:

• Tanto administradores como becarios deben establecer metas claras y alcanzables para medir el progreso de la cuenta.

• Tener una comunicación abierta y constante para resolver dudas y compartir logros.

• Utilizar herramientas de seguimiento como hojas de cálculo o alguna plataforma especializada para la gestión de becas que ayuden a monitorear el desempeño.

• Asesorar al becario compartiendo experiencias para mejorar su experiencia de juego.

Dont’s:

• No establecer metas ilógicas o poco realistas.

• Compartir sólo la información necesaria para el uso de la cuenta en Splinterlands.

• No utilizar herramientas prohibidas, como bots.

• No vender o tradear ningún activo del juego sin autorización.

• No mentir respecto al progreso y recompensas obtenidas.

Greetings community! In this week's challenge I want to share with you my perspective regarding the management and use of scholarships at Splinterlands.

Although so far I have not had the opportunity to make use of a scholarship, since I use my own account. I have been able to learn through the experience shared by other users in the social networks, and contrast with my own ideas on the subject.

So in this opportunity I will be sharing with you the aspects that I consider key for the management and effective use of scholarships in Splinterlands, based on what I have learned from other people's experiences and my own experience playing in a team as part of a clan.

The use of scholarship systems is something I've heard about since the rise of crypto gaming in 2021, it was and is something quite popular in games like Axie Infinity, Plants vs Undead, among others. And of course, in Splinterlands as well.

It is a system that consists of giving the opportunity to those players who want to be part of a project or game but do not have the necessary resources to enter. So, a person who has the resources and wants to be part of a project but on a large scale, is the one who offers these opportunities, since he humanly cannot handle so many accounts by himself, so he makes a time-benefit type of exchange with other people.

Then, like any commitment or relationship of dependence between several parties, it is important to establish rules, limits and agreements for a healthy execution of the corresponding responsibilities.

Here are some of the do's and don'ts while managing or making use of a grant in Splinterlands:

Do's:

• Both administrators and scholarship holders should set clear and achievable goals to measure the progress of the account.

• Have open and constant communication to resolve doubts and share achievements.

• Use tracking tools such as spreadsheets or a specialized platform for grant management to help monitor performance.

• Mentor the grantee by sharing experiences to enhance their gaming experience.

Don't:

• Do not set illogical or unrealistic goals.

• Share only the information necessary for the use of the Splinterlands account.

• Do not use prohibited tools, such as bots.

• Do not sell or trade any in-game assets without authorization.

• Do not lie about progress and rewards earned.
