My mind was overflowing with many ideas about what to do. I was planning to make some cup holders but I remembered that I had run out of thread to knit because I used it up, that's right friends, we lovers of making things with our hands unfortunately the materials don't last. As my mom says "you ate such a thing... it can't be" hahaha obviously not literally just in a figurative sense, so all the thinking and thinking seeing so many ideas on Pinterest, I came across this job with this glove and I said this glove is not I never have it done and besides I need it for my kitchen so it doesn't matter this is my opportunity both to participate in the contest and to make this beautiful craft and here I am friends I bring you the process as simple as I have done it I hope you really like the result.

Step 01

Well, friends, I first started searching on Pinterest for the pattern of my glove, and here I leave the link with the image of the mold I used in case you want to make your pattern. Then I cut many squares of all types of fabric. It should be noted that each square was 9 cm. wide x 9 cm long, then I started sewing each square, joining them two by two and sewing them vertically, leaving 1 cm of seam along the edge. I sewed strips of 4 squares each and joined them and sewed each strip until it formed a larger square of 4 squares on each side to the center we are going to iron this piece of fabric so that it is smooth and flat and it will be easier to work with the complete fabric of the squares already joined together.

We move on to lining our sponge with the fabric for the lining. We are going to place it with pins on top to hold it well and not let it come loose when sewing the fabric and with a ruler and pencil we are going to easily mark inclined lines on the fabric. on both sides to form a bag lining texture with our fabric on the sponge, where we mark we are going to sew the lines vertically in this way we are left with our fabric already lined and stacked

Step 03

We fold the sewn fabric with the sponge and we are going to mark the pattern mold on it and cut. We do this same step with the piece of fabric made of scraps. We mark a total of four pieces, two on the outside and two on the inside. Then we are going to join the pieces on the opposite side so we can sew them, we help ourselves with some pins holding both fabrics.

Step 04

As a last step I sewed along the edge and cut off a little excess of my fabric and turned my glove inside out. I went on to sew my fabric bias on the bottom part carefully since this part felt thick because of the sponge and I was afraid my machine needle would break but this did not happen thanks to my patience and it could turn out well, to finish I made it I took a small rope from the fabric bias and sewed it to one side of the glove to hang it and that's it. This way I finished it.
