Hola, buenas tardes a todos. ¿Cómo están todas esas mamitas y papitos en esta semana de regreso a clases? Espero que los niños hayan disfrutado esta primera jornada. Para las madres es emocionante cada avance de nuestros hijos, desde la etapa inicial hasta que comienzan a cosechar sus logros profesionales.

Hace 6 años mi hija alcanzó su título de Administradora de Empresas, y hace un año decidió iniciar un proyecto empresarial con una amiga. Ese proyecto acaba de cumplir su primer aniversario, y en medio de una lucha constante, ha salido adelante. Y digo lucha, porque sabemos que la economía en nuestro país es irregular y sacar adelante cualquier proyecto económico es complejo. Pero cuando nos proponemos algo, y nos armamos de paciencia y fe, las cosas fluyen.

Six years ago my daughter earned her degree in Business Administration, and a year ago she decided to start a business project with a friend. That project has just celebrated its first anniversary, and in the midst of a constant struggle, it has moved forward. And I say struggle, because we know that the economy in our country is irregular and to carry out any economic project is complex. But when we set our minds to something, and we arm ourselves with patience and faith, things flow.

Ellas dos se han organizado muy bien, y han contado con el apoyo y la asesoría de otros empresarios. Son bastante meticulosas en el paso a paso de su empresa, y no se salen de los parámetros de lo que se van planteando. Algo muy bonito, es que forman un equipo muy unido, y los que integramos su proyecto nos sentimos muy bien junto a ellas y les damos más soporte aún.

Para desempeñar su rol principal en su empresa, que es un gimnasio, asistieron a un proceso de entrenamiento profesional y así lograron obtener su permiso para ejercer. Ahora cuentan con una certificación ya registrada para ser entrenadoras.

En este año de trabajo y a la vez de aprendizajes, mi hija no sólo se especializó como entrenadora sino que perfeccionó su rol como empresaria. Tener su propia empresa y una socia, implica exigirse más a ella misma para poder exigir más a los demás.

Como madre me siento muy orgullosa de sus logros y de cómo ha llevado su empresa hasta ahora.
