Dramatic [Review]

Hello dear community of Hive, I hope you are very well. Today I want to talk to you about a TV series that premiered on the national channel of open signal of my country (Venevision) which lasted two weeks and something in the schedule from 9:00pm to 10:00pm (Venezuela time) and which I saw it because it gave me nostalgia the fact that they made a production for a long time and I'm talking about "Dramáticas".

Hola querida comunidad de Hive, espero se encuentren muy bien. El día de hoy quiero venir hablarles sobre una teleserie que se estrenó en el canal nacional de señal abierta de mi país (Venevision) la cual tuvo una duración de dos semanas y algo en el horario de 9:00pm a 10:00pm (hora de Venezuela) y la cual la vi porque me dio nostalgia el hecho de que hicieran una producción desde hace mucho tiempo y estoy hablando de “Dramáticas”.

Well here let's talk a little bit about the cast that I think is the most outstanding and what excited most of the viewers who were waiting with excitement for the production, we have Scarlet Ortiz as Marilyn Ortiz, Roxana Diaz as Sofia Diaz, Luis Abreu as Alonso Abreu, Lupita Ferrer as Yolanda Mistral, Rosmeri Marval as Abigail Dominguez, Aran, Luis Abreu as Alonso Abreu, Lupita Ferrer as Yolanda Mistral, Rosmeri Marval as Abigail Domínguez, Aran de la Casas as Adrián Perdono, Mimi Lazo as Catalina Montenegro and other actors with a great trajectory which many owe to the Venevision channel.

Bueno aquí hablemos un poco del reparto que tenía que creo que es lo más resaltante y lo que ilusiono a la mayoría de los televidentes que esperaba con emoción a la producción, tenemos a Scarlet Ortiz como Marilyn Ortiz, Roxana Diaz como Sofía Díaz, Luis Abreu como Alonso Abreu, Lupita Ferrer como Yolanda Mistral, Rosmeri Marval como Abigail Domínguez, Aran de la Casas como Adrián Perdono, Mimi Lazo como Catalina Montenegro y otros actores con una gran trayectoria las cuales muchos se lo deben al canal de Venevision.

The story covers the bankruptcy of a channel (ironically) which had not had any success over several years, making one of the options is to sell the channel as this was the heritage of an important family in the country and has several owners but ... a single direct that along with his group decide to make a novel as their only option, calling stars have been part of several productions within the channel and which are loved by the audience.

La historia abarca la bancarrota de un canal (irónicamente) el cual no había tenido ningún éxito a lo largo de varios años, haciendo pues que una de las opciones sea vender el canal ya que este fue la herencia de una familia importante del país y tiene varios dueños pero…un solo directo que junto a su grupo deciden hacer una novela como su única opción, llamando así estrellas han formado partes de varias producciones dentro del canal y los cuales son queridos por la audiencia.

As expected the novel to be made has a lot of drama because of problems and conflicts between the actors, on the one hand we have one of the first actresses like Yolanda Mistral who asks for a lot of extravagances and also wants the wife of her ex-husband to be the protagonist to make her life impossible and this ex-husband does not want that novel to be made, On the other hand, the male protagonist is involved in an affair between the mother of his daughter who was the woman he slept with before his wedding and who happens to be the protagonist of the novel and other entanglements that took me four chapters to understand.

Como ha de esperarse la novela que se va hacer tiene mucho drama por problemas y conflictos entre los actores, por un lado tenemos a una de las primeras actrices como es Yolanda Mistral que pide mucha extravagancias además de que quiere que la mujer de su ex marido sea la protagonistas para hacerle la vida imposible y este ex marido no quiere que esa novela se haga, por otro lado el protagonista masculino está metido en un rollo entre la mamá de su hija quien fue la mujer con quien se acostó antes de su boda con la que de casualidad es la protagonista de la novela y otros enredos así que me costó cuatro capítulos entender.

Well, as I said before, this series caused expectation because it was like an opener for a new cycle of telenovelas in Venezuela, because if we see the channel most of the novelas are super old like Voltea para que te enamores or others are Turkish (I have nothing against Turkish novelas) but that gives to understand that there are no productions in the country which before was one of the main in Latin America, that added the cast made them have an expectation that for better or for worse were not fulfilled as planned.

Bueno como dije antes esta serie causaba expectativa ya que, era como el abreboca para un nuevo ciclo de las telenovelas en Venezuela, ya que si bien vemos el canal la mayoría de las novelas son súper viejas como Voltea para que te enamores o otras son turcas (ojo no tengo nada contra las novelas turcas) pero eso da entender que no hay producciones en el país el cual antes eran uno de los principales en Latinoamérica eso sumado el elenco hizo que tuvieran una expectativa que para bien o para mal no se cumplieron como era planeado.

Personally I think they got tangled with the plot by wanting to put so many characters, for something as short as a series of 12 chapters a simpler plot is ideal plus it shows that they are used to scripts of long novels, on the other hand I do not agree with comments about the acting or are actors acting as actors and I think that in that aspect they did an impeccable job, what I feel they sinned is for wanting to cover so much in so little time often more is less and this is evidence of it.

En lo personal creo que se enredaron con la trama al querer meter tantos personajes, para algo tan corto como es una serie de 12 capítulos una trama más simple es lo ideal además de que se nota que están acostumbrado a guiones de novelas largas, por otro lado no estoy de acuerdo con comentarios sobre la actuación o sea son actores actuando como actores y me parece que en ese aspecto hicieron un trabajo impecable, lo que siento que pecaron es por querer abarcar tanto en tan poco tiempo muchas veces más es menos y esta es la evidencia de ello.

I will not deny that it had a lot of publicity but I had to pay for it somewhere hahaha but I feel that if you just watch it without expecting anything you can enjoy the craziness because it is comical as well as dramatic...the end on the other hand I think it fell short of what was expected, at least there should be a second season because it is very ramdon everything plus it leaves very open different conflicts so well 6/10 in my rating, I hope that this is really only the beginning of productions for my country.

No voy a negar tampoco que tenía mucha publicidad pero de algún lado tenía que costear los gastos jajaja pero o sea siento que si solo vemos sin esperar nada se disfruta de las locuras porque si es cómica al igual que dramática…el final por otro lado creo que se quedo corto para lo que se esperaba, por lo mínimo debe ser que habrá segunda temporada ya que es muy ramdon todo además de que se deja muy abierto diferentes conflictos así que bueno 6/10 en mi calificación, espero que en verdad este sea solo el comienzo de producciones para mi país.
