Things That Will Make You Feel Free Without Burden

Oh, wait? Without burden? Can life be designed without burden? Yes! It's just about our perception.

Hi, Sunday. The beautiful or the not beautiful. The light or the heavy. It's okay. It's all normal. It's just that we have to make sure that we don't give up.

On a bright Sunday morning, I decided to do nothing but seek peace on the edge of the rice fields. Last night after heavy rain so I didn't have any garden work this morning.

After breakfast and exercise, I invited my husband to ride a motorbike around the rice fields. I ordered a cup of hot coffee, and old-style fried bananas.

IMG_20240728_100824.jpg
I enjoyed the fresh air on the edge of the rice fields and let my mind create new ideas. Let those imaginations form a spirit within us so that we can continue to love whatever we are doing right now.

In this blog, I invite you to realize that there are many simple things that we can do to make us feel free without burden. Stay tuned!

Finding Nature and Enjoying Fresh Air

IMG_20240728_110806.jpg
Life today is mostly filled with the hustle and bustle of modernity and makes us further away from nature. Capitalists build businesses in rural areas on the grounds of economic progress, but unfortunately, it has a bad impact on the lives of local people.

In fact, in my area, there are already many rice fields that have been sold because local farmers have run out of capital and the government has not helped farmers at all to maximize the selling price of agricultural products.

IMG_20240728_100710.jpg
So, being able to find nature space as close as possible to your life is something that can actually make you live freely without burden. You will realize how valuable green nature is in the midst of the horrors of progress and modernity.

IMG_20240728_170900.jpg
Enjoy the fresh air around nature, it will strengthen your soul. And, you will realize that houses in urban areas feel like closed boxes that use air conditioning to avoid air pollution. Be grateful when you don't miss the opportunity to live in a natural area. Because, not everyone can live in a natural area anymore.

Flexible Work

There are many families who think that their children will not be successful people just because they do not work in an office or do not wear the uniform that office workers usually do. But now, we can actually work anywhere with technological advances.

We can take advantage of technological advances to make our work easier. It will make us feel free to do work flexibly and still be able to have time with family at home without having to spend time on an ineffective commute to work.

Having Own Business

IMG_20240728_101406.jpg
Well, let me sip my coffee first, then eat old-style fried bananas! Let me enjoy my day :)

IMG_20240728_101556.jpg

While you are still young, you can collect a lot of income to later build your own business. Keep learning, maybe from your boss. While being an employee or when working with other people, never be ashamed to learn. It will be useful for you to later be able to establish your own business.

Believe me, building a business is not easy. But it will be more painful when in your old age you will only be an employee who is ordered around by others and you have no time for your family.

IMG_20240728_100957.jpg
By having your own business, it means you buy other people's time to do things in your business, while when you become an employee, you will use your time to work on, and build other people's dreams. So, that's your choice from now on.

Indeed, life will always be filled with problems. But it is not entirely a burden if we are used to handling these problems calmly. So, just create your own life, in private is better :) Let your social media in silent. Do not try to prove anything to anyone because it will only drain your energy. Just drain your energy to pursue your achievements. Keep it up :)

Yes, business is growing in the urban areas and mostly goes to the boss' pockets 🤣. !LOL If I had more capital, I think I would go to the natural area and live there without burden. Jakarta is already hard to live in right now with all the mess and "closed boxes".

For me, problems keep us alive too if you focus on the positive side.😊 Without problems , there's no reason to move right? 😊

one of the sad things in our society that think only those who are working in uniform can live in prosperity, most of us have never understood that the world is evolving, and that there will be a chance to find a good stream of income without the need of uniform or office.

Anyway, i would love to drink coffee with fried banana with that lovely view of the rice field. : )

How are you, dear friend @anggreklestari
I love your post, it invites reflection

The days after the rain can be beautiful, especially if you spend a pleasant morning in contact with nature drinking hot coffee

Have a great day

It was refreshing to read you, you really live in a beautiful environment, the nature invites to peace, to relax. Even your tea and the banana look great, I love to eat banana, in every way I know how, if it were up to me, I would include it in all my meals. Many times, feeling free of burdens will depend on our attitude and the perspective with which we see things, we can rely on everything that generates wellness and gratitude.
Greetings.

One thing I am afraid of about the future is, there might be more larger city areas and lesser green fields like that.. hope not.
I was also surprised when I saw a lot of rice fields in my area that have been turned into housing areas, though free provided by the government to less fortunate people, still can't dent the fact that, green fields are getting smaller nowadays due to redevelopment and infrastructures built in rural areas. I was only away for around 7 years but there's already a big change in my town when I get home...

Living in the countryside is never been easy for middle class people, so they sell all the green properties to make they child can school good
When I was child, my parents even had no home, or field. But for now, I save my money to buy more land :)

Definitely a mind set to keep burdon at bay. The environment (nature)is also a good way to assist with that. Great advice you have given and let's hope more people can have calmer approaches to things 😁

Your reflection is valid because it is your personal experience. It is good that it is taken by the new generations that only see the city as their future and not the countryside and the land. Beautiful rice fields. Greetings and good wishes for a nice week.

We should keep the green things as we can, even not be easy :)
Thank you my friend, have a great day

Just like that, when I feel anxious now, I go to the countryside and find solace in the scenery.

We have to start to think what the thing that makes us happy, and try to avoid noisy people also

The green color spectrum really makes us clearer in our minds, so it's not wrong to go to a place like that once in a while. However, it is difficult to find urban areas. Everything is a magnificent building.

yeah, that's why when we have more money, we can try to buy land from them, so we can keep the field green

We still have a lot to learn. Honestly, I would love to have my own business. People think that owning your own business is very easy and that it makes a lot of money. I know it's not that easy, but if I'm going to strive for something, I'd rather have my own business.

Life is about learning every day and never stop :)

Business is not about having big capital, but you can start small with the things around you

Very good advice. Patience and perseverance are essential to achieve what you suggest. I hope many people read and internalise what you have written in this post. Hive, for example, is a step. Accumulating HP is a step to building that many here don't quite understand the value behind. They come to Hive to get quick rewards and spend without worrying about the future.
And you're right, being in a place surrounded by fresh air and nature is the best.

Nice pictures!

Well, speaking about Hive, I started from a long time ago, since Steem. I can buy 2 lands for now from my earnings, but the happiness thing for me is helping people here by curating posts, even just smalls but I hope it can be helpful to others :)

As we still strong in body condition, we should be hardworking, thinking about retirement, and building own business, or having passive income like books, etc.

I think you are a very cheerful girl and you enjoy helping others, which is something to admire. I also know that the Universe rewards you.

Books? well for those who are good writers... because literature is very badly paid. 😄

A big hug, my friend.

Green is that one colour that symbolizes nature, life and also relaxes most with our eyes. Spending time in a natural environment brings serenity into our minds too. Even though burdens are entirely inevitable, this is one of the coping mechanisms I've learnt over the years. And I can say it has been so helpful.
Thank You so much for sharing these impactful tips.
