It looks good anggrek ππ yum π
In fact, the texture is crunchy even sour in taste π
Ohhh, here if really sour we put some shrimp paste, that will be good.
Well: when i was a kid i used to eat magoes with salt when it was not Mature yet.
I get used to eat unripe mangoes with salt too π
How are you dear friend @anggreklestari good morning
In my city we usually eat mangoes as fruits, jams or juices, for that reason we wait for them to ripen; It is not common to see people eat green ones.
Beautiful video, I appreciate that you let us know your cooking traditions with this beautiful and exquisite fruit
Have a beautiful Sunday
In my city, green mangoes are popular for spicy salad π
Have a great weekend
This looks lovely and would be sweet
Not yet sweet because still green π
But there are some that will be green like this and will be ready to be eaten.
I love mangoes!!! One of my fav fruit.
I make this easy icecream blending mango with greek yogurt.. so good!
Ripe MANGO is perfect for ice cream π
Definitely
In my city, green mangoes aren't usually considered unripe cause they're extremely sweet and we mostly don't eat it with anything unless we're eating a fruit salad. Really yummy.βΊοΈ
Yeah this type of mango is local mango and I'm not sure if available at another area.
I love ripe MANGO as well π
Your mangos kinda unstoppable to harvesting
Yeah too much! Well, old parents said we have to give them to neighbors so the fruit never stop π
I totally Agree!
When I was a kid, I used to pick mangoes from our neighbor's mango tree. I was glad that they allowed us to do that. Mangoes were my favorite fruit back then, especially the unripe ones, but as I got older, I no longer eat unripe mangoes.
While watching the video, I suddenly missed my childhood days.
Whoa, glad you have similar moment there β€οΈ
Wow, your mango tree is amazing, youβre lucky and it's easy to pick and avoid accidents. In my area we usually have big and tall ones so it's hard to pick the fruits. Huhu, Im envious of your harvest I am salivating right now.π€€
Yes, they may not be great to eat, but at least they can be used as a sauce. That sounds very logical. Thank you for this beautiful video.
Mangos are not native to where I live, so I have never picked any, nor seen any while they were still on the tree.
Why were some covered in plastic and some were not?
I enjoyed your video.
Covered with plastic to avoid bugs. But some did not, because have no time to do that because too much π€£βοΈ ups
Ok ! That makes sense.
π
Oh what a treat you show, not many fruit trees in my area due the climate π’ Glad to see you get so many, I know they will come to good use :)
Every country has different native fruits.
Well, in my country, I need more apple π€£ here so crazy expensive π
Hehe we do have those, good pointπ
Those unripe mangoes made me drool. I love to eat right after picking them up from the tree and dip them into salt.
Haha! Unripe mangoes can be sweet sometimes with their sour tasteπ

I have to say that I love mangoes. Your mangoes have good size and talking about textures of my sunflowers, well the texture of these mangoes looks great and is tempting. π In Colombia they eat a lot of green mango and they call it mango biche. I'm from Venezuela but I'm now in Colombia.
Here's my hug ππ
