Happy To See More Harvest
Only patience will give you more results.
We are only human. Sometimes we can't control our patience. We often complain about situations that do not match expectations. But we realize that we will be embarrassed if things get better for us later.
That's what happened to me too. I feel ashamed of how sad I was about the condition of my plants. But then my plants actually gave me more results.
I'm embarrassed to ever be sad. I realized that I shouldn't be sad for something I had just started. I'm only 3 months into starting my organic garden. Indeed, I feel tired from my fairly large garden, for example when cleaning the grass.
The initial work of arranging my garden felt very heavy. That's why when I saw that my plants didn't match my expectations, I was sad. But then again, I'm still too beginner and have to learn a lot of things for gardening. Especially to learn to make plants bear abundant fruit. Also to minimize pests attacking my plants.
A week ago, I harvested two cucumbers as the first harvest. To be honest, I'm quite happy because finally my cucumber plant is bearing fruit and giving me delicious fruit.
It's just that I'm sad because my cucumber plants are unhealthy and look like they're going to die. That's what made me feel like my patience wasn't in good condition.
But in the end I realized that my plants gave me a surprise. This time there were more cucumbers ready to be harvested.
I was very happy to see the cucumbers hanging there. Ready to be harvested. I should be more patient. It does take time to get more harvest.
This time there are 4 cucumbers that I can harvest. There are several more cucumbers that have just been harvested in the past few days.
The size of my cucumbers is amazing. About one fist. I think this shape is just perfect 😍 I love it!
My type of cucumber is a baby cucumber so the size of the cucumber is not big. I prefer this size of cucumber. It also tastes sweeter and fresher.
Apart from cucumber, I also harvest local basil to complement spicy food dishes. In fact, the local basil plant I recently added to my garden has already been harvested twice now.
Local basil quickly grows abundantly. I have to harvest them often before they produce flowers. Pinch flowers and pruning the stems. These things will prevent local basil plants from growing old. Also, if you already have flowers, local basil plants will no longer be good to eat.
So, here are the results of my harvest this time which not only made me happy but also taught me many important lessons. My current cucumber harvest is greater than before, making me realize that whatever happens, I must always be patient. I have to remain diligent to work in my garden.
When we increase our patience and gratitude by continuing to work hard, there will be unexpected surprises that make us happy.
I am very grateful for what I got this time. I can't wait to see what other surprises my organic garden will bring me. I promise not to give up and continue to work as best as I can. See you on my garden stories!
Thank you for reading my blog and reblog if you want my blog this time worthy of reading by others.

It is true, people are impatient and demanding with the things we do, many times we should be calmer and wait to see the results. You have done a great job, I am not surprised to see the fruits of your plants
Congratulations dear friend @anggreklestari. Thank you very much for sharing your achievements, have a great day

Cucumbers! Oh how I love taking them🥺. Sadly, I haven't been successful at growing them and I do not know why.
But then again, I agree with you. If we are patient with our plants, showering them with love and weeding when necessary, they will yield beautiful fruits.

Maybe you should try to buy local seeds from the farmers around you. So you have same types on cucumber plant in your area. Different area has different results
I will do well to ask around.
The type of soil in my locality prevents me from planting cucumbers but the local basil is in abundance in my garden. I love how fresh and green your cucumber is. You can just tell that it would have a rich taste.
Your leaves look a bright green so I'm not sure which part you're dissatisfied about. Either way, they look absolutely lovely.🥰
Growing cucumber is tricky. Mine is also not good but glad the plants still giving me many cucumbers. I am really happy about that.
So lucky to have an abundant harvest. The basket you bought from Mr. DIY is so cute.
Yeah I am really happy especially when dry season like now. The cucumber plant give me the best ❤️❤️❤️
Yes, too bad we are too busy now with the kids. We used to plant cucumbers and tomatoes in our garden.
no problem. Maybe when I am in pregnancy program or have children, the garden active will be different 🤣
In fact, garden activities make me get sweat a lot ehehe
Yes, gardening is a better alternative for exercise :D
Wow! Amazingly done. So true, great things take time. All we have to do is to remain patient and wait for the right time to harvest what we have worked on. Indeed, you had a green thumb. The fruit of the cucumber is simply fantastic. Good job!
What we start is what we finish. Start with hardwork, get finish with good reward
Indeed, what we sow is what we reap ma'am.. have a nice day ahead there!
❤️
Sometimes the greatest rewards come after the greatest challenges. Good job.

Congratulations on your harvest, chief. Farming really requires patience and labor. I don't know if you have planted trees yet, but some trees don't even bear fruit for a few years. We experienced this in the village before. I didn't mind it at the time, but now that I think about it, it can be hard on one's patience when the fruit of your labor comes after a few years.
Mango is needed 2-3 years to bearing fruits. Another local fruits needed 15 years ahaha.
With farming technology now, we can buy the plant that can be faster in time to bearing fruits
Congratulations to your harvest friend, I can relate a little :), the basil looks so very healthy.
Thank you. Well, now everyday I can harvest basil to eat them raw with spicy dishes 😊
Wow that's great friend.
Here in our country, we call this "Pipino". It is one of those crops that I like to eat as-is.
yeah eat them raw is the best, here we eat with spicy dishes 😊
excellent work kisses
Thank you
