Our thoughts are always changing because we live, we move, and we want the best for our lives. So it is normal when your mind gives you many options for solutions to your life.
There are positive, but there are also negative thoughts. There are calm thoughts, there are excessive thoughts that cause us to become frightened and end up being depressed by our own thoughts instead of being depressed by the actual situation.

It is true we can make our world feel wrong with our thoughts. Sometimes it takes a while for us to realize it and think ourselves back up again.

The only thing that doesn't change in this world is change. In fact thoughts change every second even. But in all these changes, the most valuable and highest thing you have is to think positively. Because the person who can't think positively like that actually destroys his life rather than changing it. Controlling your emotions is how we cope most of the time.
