Dory Garlic Served with Green Rice and Iced Sunny Gut
Life is about going to new things but not forgetting what still needs to be done. I choose to taste foods I've never eaten before when I'm traveling to another city.
When I'm at home, I will cook to enjoy comfort food with my family. Meanwhile, if you're outside, for me it's time to take the opportunity to explore new flavors.
From the new flavors I get on the go, I learn that, and usually I will make new creations out of it.
Tasting food is not about just solving hunger. For me is more than that. I can feel many philosophies of life coming to me through food.
Well, while sipping a cup of fresh cold drink with a mix of sweet and sour tastes, that time I thought about my life goals. Again, and again, it dawned on me that time flies and cannot be repeated. So I have to do the things I love as long as it doesn't harm myself and others.
HAPPY LUNCH WITH DORY GARLIC
This time I will share about my lunch at a place called “ZIRCON CHILL” which I have visited before.
I didn't order the same menu. I tried something different, of course. After asking the cashier, where the customer must order and pay directly, I finally ordered "Dory Garlic".
I waited a while at my chosen seat. Then an alarm that I brought to indicate the food was ready, finally sounded and I took my order at the cashier's location.
Totally beyond my expectations. A positive thing, not a negative assessment. At first, I thought “Dory Garlic” was only served with plain white rice as usual. Apparently, "Dory Garlic" is beautifully served with green rice, also full of crispy and fragrant toppings.
That's really tempting. Even while writing about “Dory Garlic”, I haven't forgotten how it feels and I have cravings again. Oh, yummy!
The dory slices have a very crispy texture, but the inside is still soft, typical of dory fish meat. With a strong garlic taste, the overall taste is authentic.
I thought it was brilliant serving the dory with that green rice. They have character green rice. It's not just green rice, but it's rich in spices. That said, it's the perfect green rice for the "Dory Garlic" couple. So, this menu is included in my favorite food list. Feels good on my tongue,
Refreshing Sunny Gut
It didn't stop with “Dory Garlic”, a unique cup of “Sunny Gut” made me feel like I had a whole new experience. With a unique name, this drink is a blend of Yakult, orange juice, and sweet sauce.
Served with slices of fresh orange fruit, this drink is perfect for enjoying on a hot day. Relax, take a moment for a moment and let our minds feel calm.
As the name of this cafe is "ZIRCON CHILL", the menus served at this place really bring us to a chill-out moment, and are supported by the atmosphere of the area which is also similar to a vibes beach even though there is no beach.
