[Coffee Shop Stop] Just Take Your Time and Grow In Silence
Coffee Shop Stop. Yeay! Coinciding with the Cinnamon Cup Coffee prompt this week: week 4 of #TheCoffeeShopPrompt, I will share my latest experience visiting a coffee shop. A place that I always make a place to take time, reflect, and at the same time hone my mind to continue producing creative ideas.
Why do you have to go to a coffee shop? Can't it just be at home? Those questions may often be asked by people around us. Including myself, I also often get questions like that. The answer to those questions is quite simple. We need a place other than home to get new experiences. Also, it helps us stay active as social beings.
I am indeed an introvert. But that doesn't mean I'm happy just spending myself at home. In fact, I like to explore new places, and enjoy it by myself, not with crowds. If I have to meet my friends, then I get tired more easily and it takes longer for me to replenish my energy after coming home from that activity.
So, I'm happy to take the time to Coffee Shop Stop just by myself. Whether it's a coffee shop I visited for the first time or a coffee shop I have visited many times.
Clouds Coffee Shop
I don't know how many times I have visited this coffee shop. Its location in the city center makes Clouds Coffee Shop easily accessible. Also, of course, the coffee menus that they serve are delicious in my opinion at affordable prices in my area.
Maybe this is beyond your expectations. I went to this coffee shop at almost 10 pm. Yeeep, too late to visit a coffee shop. The reason is that I need more energy which requires my body to sleep less the few days from yesterday to the next few days.
My husband wanted to go get a haircut that night because he had an important meeting tomorrow morning. He didn't want to look messy the next morning. So, I asked my husband to take him to Clouds Coffee Shop while I waited for him to finish getting his haircut. Clouds Coffee Shop is near from the location where my husband got his hair cut.
Lemonade Coffee
Clouds Coffee Shop has closed orders for hot coffee, because they have turned off their coffee machine. So, I ordered an iced coffee. My choice is Lemonade Coffee.
I have repeatedly enjoyed Lemonade Coffee. In this coffee shop or in another coffee shop. In my opinion, Lemonade Coffee at Clouds Coffee Shop is perfectly nice. The measure of coffee and lemonade is to produce the right balance of flavors.
I chose to enjoy my order in the corner of the room Clouds Coffee Shop. actually, one more floor in this place that is semi-outdoor up there. But, I prefer being in the corner of the room on the first floor. Feels quieter, not noisy, and doesn't smell like cigarettes.
Well, a little story, actually I was looking after my sick mother-in-law in the hospital. So, I had to reduce my sleep time to take care of my mother-in-law. That's okay for me because I used to be used to looking after my late mom at the hospital when the curfew came.
Besides iced coffee, I also ordered mixed snacks containing french fries, nuggets, and sausages. I didn't finish this snack, not because it wasn't tasty. Snacks by Clouds Coffee Shop taste great. Nothing to complain about. It's just that, I left half a portion for my husband.
Feels Like A Minimalist Homey Place
One thing about the ambiance that I like from Clouds Coffee Shop is the vibes that feel homey. With a minimalist design dominated by white and brown, I feel calm and comfortable. The colors are "earth" that feels not "noisy" which keeps my focus undisturbed.
Clouds Coffee Shop uses furniture made from wood and rattan. This further accentuates the simple impression of home-like conditions.
The corners of the coffee shop at Clouds Coffee Shop make me come back to this place for the umpteenth time.

Lemonade coffee is lemon juice mixed with black coffee. The taste is fresh. Not really sour. 🙂

I also like to visit coffee shops, but here in the UK it can become a pricy occasion, so I tend to have coffee at home. However, if you have the opportunity, yes, it is good to have a social balance. This coffee shop looks amazing. You always showcase the best places:)

I really loved the place and your husband must have loved the gesture. I would have done the same to my girlfriend. But I have a bad memory about the lemon coffee, my girlfriend and I went for a coffee somewhere and the waiters offered us a coffee with lemon and ice cream. I drank it and I almost threw up, it was so bad, I didn't like the taste at all and it was very expensive. After that day I never drank lemon coffee again haha.
Oh sorry for your bad memories. Hmm, maybe because the ice cream? I thought it is not suit for coffee and lemonade, like similar product on McDonald's. Seems sucks😅

This answer my question too but I haven't experienced yet being in a coffee shop because I don't drink coffee too. I just drink Milo or chocolate drink and some herbal coffee.
The place seems quiet, really quiet because you were there at late night. At least there is a place you can relax for a while, while waiting for your husband.

You can try to put lemon to ginger and honey too. Healthy drink for every morning or before sleep 🙂 I did this every day now.
