Fried Bananas With Coconut Cream and Grapes
Breakfast with simple and quick ingredients? How about fried bananas served with coconut cream and slices of fresh fruits? That sounds like a delicious choice for limited ingredients.
Avoid using a lot of oil to stay healthy. So I only use a small amount of oil. I use coconut oil. I sprayed coconut oil on a non-stick cooking pan.
This coconut oil also provides a delicious taste and aroma to bananas. So this is the right choice to strengthen the sweet and savory taste of bananas.
How to make this breakfast menu is very easy. We just need to fry the bananas with a little oil until brown.
You can choose another plant-based cream. Likewise with slices of grapes that can be replaced with strawberries, or even kiwi. Use slightly acidic fruits to balance out the sweetness of the bananas.

I have never seen the coconut oil in a spray. I will have to see if that is available here.
Bananas are one of the most used ingredients in my country Venezuela, but never mixed with these ingredients, your recipe must taste delicious.

Actually before joined to Hive I didn't know about ripe bananas frieds because we eat bananas only like as fruit and prepare fruit salad. But I knew the new ripe and fried banana recipes while engage with other Hivers. Maybe our state not popular for ripe and fried banana dishes.
