A Bowl of Meatball Ribs that I Crave

I and my thoughts about food are the most irresistible mood. When I think about food, I often make it a reality. If it's not done well, usually my mood will fall apart, and the people around me will be badly affected.

I'm not a person who likes to travel long distances, but usually, I will be willing to go on long trips for certain food menus that I crave. That's probably why I prefer to travel my mind with my tongue to try new flavors.

Like tonight when it rains. I really wanted to eat a bowl of Meatball Ribs (Bakso Iga-Iga) which I had never eaten before. So tonight is really suitable for me to have dinner with a bowl of Meatball Ribs (Bakso Iga-Iga).

Luckily, the heavy rain had subsided when my partner had come home from work and was ready to have dinner at a restaurant that served Meatball Ribs (Bakso Iga-Iga).

IGA-IGA BAKSO RESTAURANT

A restaurant that provides a special menu for Meatball Ribs (Bakso Iga-Iga) is IGA-IGA BAKSO RESTAURANT. In the city where I live, they have several outlets. So it's not hard to find this restaurant.

This time we headed to IGA-IGA BAKSO RESTAURANT which is in the middle of the city. To be honest our visit was a bit late at night for a late dinner. So the restaurant already looks deserted. But that's also good because at least I'm free to take pictures of some sides of the restaurant without having to intrude on other people's privacy.

The design of this restaurant is a simple traditional concept. At first glance, it will remind visitors of the atmosphere of a traditional long dining room using wooden materials, and family members gathering to eat together, also celebrating the day with happy laughter. Full of warmth, like the menus they serve.

IGA-IGA means ribs in Indonesian, and BAKSO means meatballs. So it's a mix of meatballs and ribs.

Even though they have the name IGA-IGA BAKSO but they also provide other food besides meatballs and also ribs soup. As well as they provide a rice menu with various side dishes, grilled fish, grilled chicken, and fried chicken, and also a type of duck menu. So actually this restaurant provides Indonesian menus that are quite complete.

When looking at the prices in the menu book, I think it's quite cheap even though this restaurant is in the city center. But, what about the taste of the food served by them? Let's see.

BAKSO IGA-IGA / MEATBALL RIBS FOR MY DINNER

The combination of meatballs and ribs is brilliant in my opinion. Sometimes a person craves ribs and meatballs at once, but it will be difficult to find a restaurant that provides that. Many places only provide rib soup or only provide meatballs.

So I think this restaurant deserves appreciation. With this menu mix, I feel very excited and happy.

Finally, I was able to try a bowl of Meatball Ribs (Bakso Iga-Iga)which I was craving. Whoaaaa!

Meatball Ribs (Bakso Iga-Iga) served with vermicelli noodles and also types of yellow noodles. On my dinner menu, in a bowl of the menu, there are 3 meatballs and also two ribs. It's priced at $2.

I think this is quite cheap because the ribs look appetizing with super juicy and have a soft part of the meat, easily slipping off the ribs. Served with gravy full of spices, the $2 I paid was well worth it for the evening. :)

The taste of the gravy is rightly seasoned, as well as the soft and large ribs, plus the chewy meatballs are things that I am very grateful for.

I feel very good about God who has given me the opportunity to taste this delicious food. :)
