😄Hello, how are you my dear friends from hive and swc, today I will share with you how my training went today, which was not that good but it was somewhat done.
Lately I've been training in the mornings, which only works on endurance. Whether it's running, jogging or jumping rope, and the truth is that it helps me but at the same time it doesn't because when I train in the afternoons I feel more tired than usual and since I'm not used to it I get more tired in training, but even so I can continue doing something so as not to lose shape or level. 🦾❤️🔥
The truth is that this training method that I am applying leaves my legs tired and they weigh me down when doing static exercises, so much so that I can't even do a handstand properly 😅 but you still have to keep doing it as you should.🦾❤️🔥
I know that I will soon be back super strong and that this will help me a lot to boost my strength and endurance in calisthenics and streetworkout. Starting next week I will start my break because I am going to compete in a national competition and I need to feel as good as possible for that competition. I have not felt good at the competition level but I still have to go to meet people and enjoy my sport. Winning is a goal, but what I am very passionate about is being able to enjoy what I love to do. 🦾❤️🔥❤️
