Pumpkin Green Bean Porridge
Pumpkin green bean porridge is a delicious dish that my family loves very much. This dish is not only healthy but also yummy. My mother often cooks this dish when one of my family members is sick, this porridge has a nourishing effect on the body. Even though she cooked it in large volumes, pumpkin soup always went quickly. This dish is easy to make and uses easily accessible ingredients. In this recipe I will share with you the secret to making delicious porridge, you need to cook a separate pot of porridge and stew your ingredients in another pot (chicken, beef, vegetables, seafood, etc...) then mix them together.

Peel the pumpkin then cut the pumpkin into small pieces. Soak green beans in warm water for at least 2 hours to soften beans. Mix rice according to the ratio: 2 tablespoons of glutinous rice with 1 ordinary rice, just wash the rice with water then drain. | Gọt vỏ bí sau đó cắt bí thành từng miếng nhỏ. You can cook porridge using a rice cooker, pressure cooker or regular pot. With a pressure cooker or rice cooker, you just add rice and water to the pot and then set the timer. With a regular pot, you need to boil a pot of water, then add rice to cook, turn off the stove and cover the lid, incubate the rice for 15 minutes to let the water boil to cook the rice.
