Revisando el perfil de una compañera hivers conseguí una publicación que realizó en esta comunidad, ingresé a chequear y me enganchó la dinámica de la comunidad porque el crecimiento personal es algo que me gusta mucho y que para ser sincera es una de las cosas que más necesito ahorita, llenarme de las mejores vibras. De tal manera que decidí que mi primera publicación por acá fuese está magnífica iniciativa creada por @mosa71 que captó mi atención y además he leído algunas entradas que me han gustado mucho.

Reviewing the profile of a fellow hivers I got a publication she made in this community, I entered to check and I was hooked by the dynamics of the community because personal growth is something that I really like and to be honest is one of the things I need more right now, fill me with the best vibes. So I decided that my first post here would be this great initiative created by @mosa71 that caught my attention and I have read some posts that I really liked.

La vida completa es un arte, las personas que nos rodean, lo que se nos presenta día a día, lo que no nos pasa; y se hace un arte porque cada uno de nosotros encuentra la manera de verlo así ya que si logramos observar lo que nos sucede como una bendición podemos tener por seguro que nos influirá de manera positiva. En mi imagen de portada coloqué una frase: sácale la lengua a los problemas, con ello no quiero decir que no vamos a enfrentar los problemas solo que debemos hacerlo de una mejor manera.

The whole of life is an art, the people around us, what happens to us day by day, what does not happen to us; and it becomes an art because each one of us finds the way to see it that way, because if we manage to observe what happens to us as a blessing we can be sure that it will influence us in a positive way. In my cover image I placed a phrase: take your tongue out of the problems, with this I do not mean that we will not face the problems, only that we must do it in a better way.

Los problemas siempre estarán presente lo importante es aceptarlos y si tienen solución buscarla, y si es algo que no podemos controlar soltarlo; porque la vida es un Vaivén pero lo importante es disfrutarla a pesar de todo. Hay una frase que me gusta mucho, que dice así:

There is a phrase that I like very much, which goes like this:

Una buena forma de seducirla ¿verdad? Ya que si se te presenta un inconveniente igual lo vivimos, agarramos lo bueno y dejamos el resto; por supuesto si es algo bueno nos aferramos a ello hasta más no poder. La familia, los amigos, los animalitos, un buen paseo todo eso hace que todo sea más llevadero; siempre digo que lo más simple es lo que nos llena el alma.

Después de levantarme de la cama agradecer un día más de vida y lavar mi cara me gusta verme frente al espejo sonreír, respirar profundo y admirar todo lo bueno que logro ver en mí. He sido una mujer que ha sufrido de baja autoestima pero con mucho esfuerzo salí de ahí y con esto también seduzco mis días porque me amo tanto que nada ni nadie es capaz de quebrar eso, y se que la vida me sonríe gracias a ello.

After getting out of bed to thank for another day of life and wash my face I like to see myself in front of the mirror smiling, taking a deep breath and admiring all the good things I can see in me. I have been a woman who has suffered from low self-esteem but with a lot of effort I got out of it and with this I also seduce my days because I love myself so much that nothing and no one is able to break that, and I know that life smiles at me thanks to that.

La gratitud es la manera en que la gran mayoría vivimos, está filosofía de vida ha logrado que quienes creemos en eso los días sean un poco más suaves ya que intentamos que cada cosa que nos suceda tiene un para que y lo aceptamos con la mejor actitud; yo siempre digo que no es que nos mantendremos positivos todos los días eso es imposible somos humanos pero no cabe duda que la actitud lo mejora todo; no es lo que nos pase sino como lo enfrentamos.

Gratitude is the way in which the vast majority of us live, this philosophy of life has made those who believe in it that the days are a little smoother because we try that everything that happens to us has a reason and we accept it with the best attitude; I always say that it is not that we will stay positive every day that is impossible we are human but there is no doubt that the attitude improves everything; it is not what happens to us but how we face it.

Sentarme en la tranquilidad de mi sala a degustar una taza de café es una de las maneras más simples que seduzco a la vida porque ella me brinda la tranquilidad y yo la disfruto a plenitud saboreando ese momento, pensando en cosas que quiero hacer o recordando una vivencia.

Sitting in the quietness of my living room to enjoy a cup of coffee is one of the simplest ways I seduce life because it gives me tranquility and I enjoy it to the fullest, savoring that moment, thinking about things I want to do or remembering an experience.

La frase que últimamente utilizo y hace que me revitalice para disfrutar la vida es: Todo pasa, hace 3 años realicé un taller donde nos compartieron un cuento que la metáfora es que "todo pasa" tanto los buenos como los malos momentos; en ese Vaivén de la vida que es incontrolable me centro que eso pasará y solo continuo aprendiendo de cada vivencia.

The phrase that I use lately and makes me revitalized to enjoy life is: Everything happens, 3 years ago I did a workshop where they shared with us a story that the metaphor is that "everything happens" both the good and the bad moments; in that swaying of life that is uncontrollable I focus that it will pass and I just continue learning from each experience.

Cómo pueden leer tengo diferentes maneras de seducir la vida, en pocas palabras para mí en lo simple está el arte, en esos pequeños momentos que nos dedicamos a nosotros mismos conseguimos que la vida nos guiñe el ojo y diga que vamos por buen camino.

As you can read I have different ways of seducing life, in a few words for me art is in the simple things, in those little moments that we dedicate to ourselves we get life to wink at us and tell us that we are on the right path.
