I have been documenting my weight loss process for 6 months. I was weighing 100 kilos and I felt bad about myself, it turns out that recently I weighed myself again and I am already below 90 kg, which indicates that I have been able to lose with consistency and sport more than 10 kilos, I am proud of this achievement because my knees no longer hurt, before if they did, I believe that exercise is a vital part of the integral development of a man and that is why I am planning to show the process.
The routine is really simple, it consists of doing sports for at least 20 minutes 3 times a week, the routine includes 100 squats, 40 push-ups or push-ups, but kneeling while gaining strength and cardio aerobics to the beat of the music. The photos I am sharing have little to do with what I am talking about but they are freshly taken photos that I want to share with the community.

This post is my comeback post, I've decided, action beats fear, and I'm going to post very frequently from now until May 20, one day before my birthday.
