¡¡Hola amigos!!

Hoy les traigo una receta para hacer shots de pie de limón. Un postre excelente para compartir con tus amigos o familiares en alguna reunión, fiesta, o cualquier tipo de evento en general.

Se preparan muy fácil y en poco tiempo, por lo que si quieres algo delicioso para tu fiesta, pero no cuentas con mucho tiempo, este es el postre ideal. Esta es una receta para aproximadamente 30 shots.

Los ingredientes que vamos a necesitar son:

Para la base:

  • 1 paquete de galletas Maria
  • 1 taza de margarina (sin sal) derretida

Para la mezcla:

  • 500ml de leche condensada
  • 250ml de leche evaporada
  • 150ml de zumo de limón.

1.- Trituramos las galletas hasta hacerlas lo más polvo posible.

2.- Colocamos la margarina en una olla a fuego bajo hasta derretirla por completo.

3.- Mezclamos la margarina con las galletas trituradas hasta que se forme una pasta.

En esta parte solo debemos colocar en un recipiente todos los ingredientes y batirlos hasta crear una mezcla homogénea.

Dato curioso: si la leche evaporada está previamente refrigerada, la mezcla se torna más densa (mas viscosa), lo cual mejora la manipulación de la misma.

Ahora procederemos a armar los shots.

Tomamos los shots y comenzamos a armar nuestro pie. Primero agregamos mezcla del pie y después agregamos una capa de galleta. Repetir esto según la cantidad de capas que quieras crear (y que la capacidad del shot permita).

Una vez armados, se refrigeran al menos 2 horas para que la mezcla se torne más consistente.

¡¡Y listo!! Adorna tu mesa de aperitivos con estos ricos y espectaculares shots de pie de limón.

Otro dato curioso: No sólo puedes utilizar esta receta para hacer pie de limón, sino que también lo puedes usar para hacer de parchita (maracuyá), fresa, mora, y otros sabores.

Te remiendo que sean sabores cítricos.

Hello friends!!

Today I bring you a recipe to make lemon pie shots. An excellent dessert to share with your friends or family at a meeting, party, or any type of event in general.

They are prepared very easily and in a short time, so if you want something delicious for your party, but you do not have much time, this is the ideal dessert. This is a recipe for approximately 30 shots.

1.- Crush the cookies until they are as dusty as possible.

2.- Place the margarine in a saucepan over low heat until completely melted.

3.- Mix the margarine with the crushed cookies until a paste forms.

In this part we only have to place all the ingredients in a container and beat them until they create a homogeneous mixture.

Curious fact: if the evaporated milk is previously refrigerated, the mixture becomes denser (more viscous), which improves its handling.

Now we will proceed to assemble the shots.

We take the shots and begin to build our foot. First we add foot mixture and then we add a cookie layer. Repeat this according to the number of layers you want to create (and that the capacity of the shot allows).

Once assembled, they are refrigerated for at least 2 hours so that the mixture becomes more consistent.

And ready!! Decorate your appetizer table with these delicious and spectacular lemon pie shots.

Another curious fact: You can not only use this recipe to make lemon pie, but you can also use it to make passion fruit, strawberry, blackberry, and other flavors.

I recommend that they be citrus flavors.
