Just a question. I got my first referral today and tried the onboarding process.
Isnt there a program to delegate some HP to new users? My friend @bannersandborder didnt recieve any so I delegated some.
No problem there really, but all maybe dont have a friend who can walk through and help by delegating some HP.

We have a dynamic Resource Credit Delegation Pool for newly onboarded users
There's no need to delegate HP because he's got the resources he needs already
If he becomes active, our dynamic pool reads his RC needs and dynamically adjusts how much we delegate to him
He should never run into RC issues. If he does, please let me know so I can take a look and make sure the pool is working correctly for him

Well he had problems and we found out it was because of RC problem. Even now I think he memtioned it was at like 0.2% when he did his last thread.
