The book that helped to overcome emotional burnout - "Hypothesis of Love". Feedback and review(EN/UA)

I think it's worth starting with a little introduction. My name is Anastasia, I am from Ukraine. I have loved to read since childhood, because I grew up in a family where books are loved and respected. However, in the last two years, due to many different factors, I abandoned this business a little, and began to read less often. It can be compared to the tides. However, now our Ukrainian publishing houses are actively publishing incredibly cool books, and therefore the desire to read is constantly growing.

Думаю, варто почати з невеличкого знайомства. Моє ім'я Анастасія, я з України. Читати я любила ще з самого дитинства, адже я росла в сім'ї, де книги люблять і поважають. Проте, останні два роки через безліч різних факторів я трішки закинула цю справу, і почала читати рідше. Це можна порівняти з припливами й відпливами. Проте зараз наші українські видавництва активно видають неймовірно круті книги, а тому бажання читати постійно зростає.

And today I want to tell about a book that helped me get out of "non-reading" and emotional burnout. And as you already understood from the photo, this is Ali Geiselwood's "Hypothesis of Love".

А розповісти сьогодні я хочу про книжку, яка допомогла мені вийти з "нечитуна" та емоційного вигорання. І як ви уже зрозуміли з фото - це "Гіпотеза кохання" Алі Гейзелвуд.

This story is so popular that it's not worth talking about. A few months ago, it flooded book Tik-Tok, Instagram, Twitter and other social networks. Absolutely everyone was talking about it. Moreover, the reviews were only positive. I couldn't resist and also decided to read this novel.

What is the book about?

Ця історія настільки популярна, що годі й говорити. Декілька місяців тому вона заполонила книжний тік-ток, інстаграм, твітер й інші соціальні мережі. Про неї говорили абсолютно всі. При чому, відгуки були лише позитивні. Я не втрималася і теж вирішила прочитати цей роман.

Про що книга?

In the center of the plot appears Olivia Smith - a biologist who is studying at graduate school and aims to become a good scientist. And everything seems to be going at a normal pace, but her best friend An falls in love with a guy who used to date with our main character. And although there are absolutely no feelings between Olive and that boy, Any, as a good friend, does not want to injure Olive and restrains her feelings. That's why Olive comes up with a brilliant plan - to kiss the first non-employee in front of An to convince her that Olive is in love with another man. And ironically, it turned out to be the gloomy and strict teacher Adam Carlsen. From this moment, the plot begins. You can find out how the main characters will interact and how the love line will develop after reading the book, or, well, go to the hashtag with the title of the book in Tik Tok, and catch all the spoilers there)

В центрі сюжету постає Олівія Сміт - біологиня, яка навчається на аспірантурі та має на меті стати хорошою вченою. І все, наче, йде звичним темпом, але її найліпша подруга Ань закохується у хлопця, який раніше зустрічався з нашою головною героїнею. І хоч між Олів та тим хлопцем немає абсолютно ніяких почуттів, Ань, як хороша подруга, не хоче травмувати Олів і стримує свої почуття. Тому Олів приходить в голову геніальний план - поцілувати перед Ань першого ж незанайомця, щоб переконати її в тому, що Олів закохана в іншого чоловіка. І за іронією долі це виявився похмурий та строгий викладач Адам Карлсен. З цього моменту і починається зав'язка сюжету. Як далі будуть взаємодіяти головні герої та як розвиватиметься любовна лінія можна дізнатися, прочитавши книгу, ну або ж, перейти на хештегом із назвою книги в тік-тоці, а там зловити всі спойлери)

My rating for the book is 10/10. To be honest, when I picked up The Hypothesis of Love, I was very afraid that it might be the most clichéd romance with elements of cringe. But this did not happen. The novel is surprisingly witty and interesting, although it is not devoid of some platitudes. But, let's face it, sometimes clichés are good, if they are played correctly.

"The Love Hypothesis" is a beautiful romance novel that will 100% cheer you up. I think that spring is just the perfect time to read it, because they really fit the vibe that radiates lightness and romance.

So, I wholeheartedly recommend The Hypothesis of Love to read.

Моя оцінки книги - це 10/10. Якщо чесно, беручи "Гіпотезу кохання" до рук, я дуже боялася, що це може бути максимально клішований любовний роман із елементами крінжу. Але цього не сталося. Роман напрочуд дотепний і цікавий, хоча й не полишений деяких банальностей. Але, погодьтеся, іноді кліше - це добре, якщо вони правильно обіграні.

"Гіпотеза кохання" - це прекрасний любовний роман, який на 100% підніме вам настрій. Мені здається, що весна - це якраз ідеальний період для його читання, адже вони дуже пасують по вайбу, який випромінює легкість і романтичність.

Тож, я щиро рекомендую "Гіпотезу кохання" до прочитання.
