Fui a una caferteria de moda y no me gusto 👎 Sobrevaloramos? / I went to a trendy cafeteria and I didn't like it 👎 we overestimate?

Tengo como un año queriendo entrar a este lugar, es un café que se especializa en chocolate, mi primer error no pedir algo más ajustado a su producto sobresaliente, aunque mi postre era de chocolate, decidí tomar un café ya que sentía que un postre tan cargado de chocolate y un chocolate caliente sería demasiado. Este lugar tiene varias sucursales en Santiago (no diré su nombre pues como dije arriba creo que debí pedir chocolate para juzgar su producto estrella). Siempre, pero siempre sus sucursales están llenas, siempre hay fila; y a mí me parecía una locura por lo que siempre decidía ir a otro lugar, el fin de semana dije, es momento de probar y me esperare el tiempo que sea necesario para entrar. Fui con una amiga, a esto de las 5-6 de la tarde, esperamos alrededor de 15 minutos, realmente no fue tanto tiempo como pensaba, al entrar te dan una mesa, revisas el menú y vaya sorpresa debes pararte e ir antes a pagar como tipo Mcdonalds o algún local de comida rápida, algo que me choqueo por completo pues cuando pagas te piden propina, PROPINA y aun no te han atendido (el 10% es lo básico), siempre me ha molestado esto de Santiago de Chile en donde prácticamente te sientes obligado a dar propina, yo siempre espero que me atiendan bien y la doy pero a veces son locales donde ni siquiera te llevan la comida, tienes tu que pararte e ir por ella, entonces la atención o servicio no existe realmente pero bueno eso es otro tema. Pedimos nuestras cosillas y luego nos la llevaron a la mesa, yo pedí un cheescake de snickers que pensé que iba a estar increíble pero la verdad le doy 6/10 ¿Por qué?, estaba rico si, pero no tenia un sabor muy diferente a cualquier cosa que he probado antes, me dejo atrás con el sabor del chocolate que quería probar viniendo de un lugar que se especializa en chocolate, además me pareció muy costoso para lo que era, de tamaño si podría ser algo para compartir, pero no sé si 10$ valga tanto así un postre. Del café no esperaba mucho y fue como un café muy normal, la verdad no me quejare del café pues no era lo que iba a probar realmente. Mi amiga pidió otro café y de postre unos wafles, que me dijo que estaban muy normales, algo que ella pudo haberse en su casa, entonces es demasiado triste esto, a veces los lugres solo son instagrameables, la verdad y por esto se vuelven famosos, los platos se ven a simple vista muy lindos por lo que la gente ama ir a tomar fotos, pero no se si vale la pena, a lo mejor repito que no pedí su principal atractivo que es el chocolate, pero de igual forma un postre de 10$ debería ser mucho mejor. La verdad no creo que vuelva, y si vuelvo seria solo para probar el chocolate; aunque por esos precios creo que puedo ir a algún sitio mejor, lo siento; no quiero ser criticona, pero a veces nos dejamos llevar por lo bonito que se ven las cosas en un lugar y no vamos a lo que es, que es comerse algo rico además de compartir un rato agradable con amigos, familia o tu pareja. Si me preguntan a este lugar le doy hasta el momento un 6/10, si algún día vuelvo y pruebo el chocolate y cambio de opinión lo expresaría, porque igual siento que hay que darte oportunidad a las cosas, sin dejarnos llevar por lo que vemos en las redes sociales, ya que muchas veces no es lo que esperamos.

I have been wanting to go to this place for about a year, it is a cafe that specializes in chocolate, my first mistake was not to order something more adjusted to its outstanding product, although my dessert was made of chocolate, I decided to have a coffee since I felt that such a dessert loaded with chocolate and a hot chocolate would be too much.
This place has several branches in Santiago (I won't say its name because, as I said above, I think I should have asked for chocolate to judge its star product). Always, but always its branches are full, there is always a line; And it seemed crazy to me, so I always decided to go to another place, on the weekend I said, it's time to try and I'll wait as long as it takes to enter.
I went with a friend, around 5-6 in the afternoon, we waited around 15 minutes, it really wasn't as long as I thought, when you enter they give you a table, you review the menu and what a surprise you have to stop and go to pay first like Mcdonalds or some fast food place, something that completely shocked me because when you pay they ask you for a tip, TIP and they still haven't served you (10% is the basic thing), this has always bothered me about Santiago de Chile where You practically feel obligated to give a tip, I always hope that they treat me well and I give it but sometimes they are places where they don't even bring you food, you have to stop and go for it, so the attention or service doesn't really exist but hey that's another topic.
We ordered our little things and then they brought it to the table, I ordered a snickers cheesecake that I thought would be amazing but the truth is I give it 6/10. Why? It was tasty, yes, but it didn't have a very different flavor from anything I've tried before left me with the taste of chocolate that I wanted to try coming from a place that specializes in chocolate, plus I found it very expensive for what it was, in size if it could be something to share, but I don't know If $10 is worth that much, a dessert. I didn't expect much from the coffee and it was like a very normal coffee, I'm not really going to complain about the coffee because it wasn't really what I was going to taste.
My friend ordered another coffee and some waffles for dessert, which she told me were very normal, something she could have had at home, so this is too sad, sometimes places are only instagrammable, really, and that's why they become famous The dishes look very pretty at first glance, so people love to take photos, but I don't know if it's worth it, maybe I'll repeat that I didn't ask for its main attraction, which is chocolate, but a dessert anyway $10 should be much better. The truth is I don't think I'll be back, and if I do go back it would be just to try the chocolate; although for those prices I think I can go somewhere better, sorry; I don't want to be critical, but sometimes we get carried away by how beautiful things look in a place and we don't go for what it is, which is to eat something tasty as well as share a pleasant time with friends, family or your partner. If you ask me, I give this place a 6/10 so far, if one day I go back and try the chocolate and I change my mind, I would express it, because I still feel that you have to give things a chance, without being carried away by what we see on social networks, since many times it is not what we expect.
