When a person has a dream and has the courage to go after it, anything can happen from failure to success right away, as there are no guarantees that something will work out. It's like the roller coaster, one moment you can be at the top and the next day when you realize you'll be sleeping inside the office.

The development part is fundamental and essential in the life of each of us humans, no one achieves success the first time. There is a way to go, and there are challenges, difficulties, and phases, and each one has its mission.

Every process is part of development and there is no way to try to escape this part.
