Recipe for tortilla with onion and chorizo.

Tortillas are a delicious food and very easy to prepare, today I wanted to prepare Spanish omelette for lunch but I was missing potatoes, I was going to stop giving us a treat and I prepared a tortilla with onion and chorizo that was Very good, here I share with you the step by step of how I prepared it.

I used:

• Two eggs
• Half a large onion
• A smoked chorizo.

I tell you in advance that the recipe is super easy, so anyone can make it.

The first thing I did was grab the onion and dice it.

As a second step, I took the chorizo and chopped it, giving it a nice cut so it would look better.

As a third step, I put the eggs in a plastic bowl and beat them.

After this I added the onion, the chorizos and a pinch of salt, and mixed everything together.

While I was preparing the mixture, I put a frying pan with oil on the heat. When it was hot, I added the mixture and cooked it over low heat on both sides.

To finish I put my onion and chorizo omelette on a plate.

My family was satisfied with the result and I was happy.
