Jeepney adventure around the island of Coron Philippines.
Often it is a fun way to spend the day by wandering around a town and seeing what it has to offer. Today we wander around the town of Coron Philippines. Here is what we found.
After starting the day with a bit of food we hire a Jeepney to most of the walking for us as the hurt and pain of the crash still lingers.
We ask to be driven around town slow and hire the driver man for a few hours. He is happy to show us around and tell us a bit of the town and place.
As we ride around I am taken by the Jeepneys that are all over town.
Individual colours and styles of each trike is a fun sight to see. It really shows the character of the place and the driver utilizing their skills and form of expression.
Each Jeepney can serve multiple purposes as seen by the different bed this jeepney has.
The colour of the Jeepney against the ocean is quite a sight.
Looking at a few angles of this rig I wonder what it is like to live on one?
We wait along the wharf and watch the boats come in and go out.
After a bit of time watching boat come and go, we decide to make the next leg of the journey. We get in the Jeepney and head around to see more passing people along the way.
We are ridden around and make it back to the are to which we will be fore the night. It is a bit of a walk along the water way but that is perfect for a place to sit and take in the sights of the sea.
The round about tour of the island has come almost to an end. Time to chill and recoup for the next few days might be filled with underwater adventures.
--> More to come on this later, fallow along to find out.
