Hello, we report back in this great community to share with you, this time in time, of our last couple outing 👩🏽‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏻. Which was particularly special, as we had to improvise the plan at the last minute, and everything happened with more pressure. 😓

The outing starts in a special way, since it's one of the times we've met so late (past 4:00 p.m.) and considering it's already vacation time, you'd think we could take advantage of more time together... but due to different personal situations, it wasn't like that. 😅

This time we planned to go to the movies, something unusual for us 🙈, to see a movie that we heard is especially good. It's titled "The Black Telephone" and @fclore22 was really looking forward to both of us seeing it 😄, and so taking advantage of going to that cheap cinema we introduced you to in another blog, as you can see here Celebrating our 3 months! And as shown in the pictures in that blog, when we went it was practically empty, very well attended and was a most pleasant experience, (after going more than 2 years without visiting a cinema due to the pandemic).
However, that day it was quite the opposite, the cinema was crowded, so much so that the line to get tickets and popcorn went out of the cinema and you had to turn around the small plaza. 😨

That's when we decided, after some hesitation, to try to go back to see that movie at another time, during the week, to at least not find so many people. 😣

That was why, we had to improvise a new plan, and for that we went to the "frikiplaza" located next to the cinema. There we ate some steamed buns while we thought about what we could do for this sudden situation. The one from @fclore22 has some strawberry jam, and the one from @panconcajeta has some liquid chocolate. ♨️

After sitting around talking for a while, and thinking about many options, we decided to go to a themed cafeteria that is very close to our favorite park 🥰. However, we had to foresee the food issue and etc, so @panconcajeta proposed to go to one of the best known typical Mexican food chains in the country. The so called "Casa de Toño" where they serve a wide variety of truly Mexican food, always delicious and very true to its real taste. 😋🍲

So, we set off on our journey to the Casa de Toño closest to that park, and ended up at the "Mixiuhca" subway of the café line, and from there we walked to get to our destination. These are some of the pictures we took when we got out of the metro, it was a very new and nice area for us 😊💖. All around there were several important buildings, like the IMSS 2 A and the Metrobus line that runs through there. We also came across a very nice poster of the new Sonic live action movie, and @panconcajeta looks very cute next to it. 🥰💖

We walked from the subway to our stop for about 10 minutes, until we arrived at a large shopping mall that we had never heard of before. It was the "Via 515" shopping mall, very new and modern to our eyes, as you can see in the following pictures. 😮🛍️

Finally we arrived at the branch and formed up, but we only had to wait for about 15 minutes, and shortly after we were already inside the restaurant, these are some of the views that can be seen from the highest floor of the square, where the restaurant was located. 😄💖

To start, we ordered an order of cochinita pibil tacos, one of the star dishes of the place. 😋💕

And soon after, they brought us the food we wanted to come all the way here for, a delicious red chicken pozole 😋💖. Although @fclore22 has some observations, the truth the corn kernels were still a bit raw, and therefore hard, and the garnish (lettuce, radishes and onion) was not very generous 😣, other than that the taste was good, and the truth seems that we even had leftover chicken from how much they put in it 🙈, and we also ended up full before we finished it, we took our time to eat and talk. 🥰💖 (There we can see @panconcajeta's lovely guy very happy with his pozole, which is one of his favorite foods 😋💕).

For dessert @panconcajeta ordered a "grandma's" flan, which was baked with cajeta, and had a very sweet caramel. 🍮💕 @fclore22 thought it was very cloying, but @panconcajeta loved it. 🤭

After a very pleasant and nice meal, we left the place and continued our way, heading to that great cafeteria we mentioned at the beginning... But it was already past 8 o'clock and the cafeteria closed at 9 o'clock 😣 However, we still wanted to continue going out together, and we went to that area, which is full of cafeterias, to see if any of them would convince us. ☕💕

On our trip we came across this exhibition about something about food sanitation, and the craziest thing is that everything there seems to be real! And not just artificial flowers, or wax food, but everything seemed to be genuine, even if you are detailed you can appreciate that some food was already wilting. 😮

Finally we got out of the subway, and walked around this park at night, it was a bit scary... 🙈, but it was still very nice to be together walking around places we don't know. 🥰💖

Finally we arrived to this charming coffee shop, which had a very particular decoration, as several pieces seem to be reused, from sewing tables, which still keep their pedals, and typewriters, as well as sewing machines adapted as lanterns, and very varied vintage decoration, it had a lighting that seemed to envelop you completely in a very different atmosphere 😮🏬.

There we just ordered ourselves a mango smootie, since we were feeling hot 🙈, and went back to the subway.

Due to the late hours of the night we couldn't take any more pictures, but we still managed to capture this one to say goodbye and close this nice blog. 🥰💖
