MY FAVORITE FOOD
Pizza, this wonderful delicacy enjoyed by many around the world would be my top favorite food. The exquisite taste and beautiful toppings makes it an irresistible meal for me. From the flawlessly baked crust, to the shrivelled crispy on the outside and the tender rich creamy in the inside which is then topped with a sweet tomato sauce which is sprinkled uniformly at the top makes it an exceptional delicacy.
I particularly love this dish because of the mouth watering tastes that lingers after eating it. Not to mention the delightful aroma that seems to make ones stomach rumble in anticipation. Also, it's numerous varieties and versatility around the world makes it a welcomed food to many others.
One Good thing about the pizza is how eating it, can fosters connection and bring people together, especially lovedIt is one social food shared by many in instances like ;a birthday party, a sleep over, a movie night or a family gathering. The first time I ate pizza was during a family get together. I can still remember the cheerful atmosphere, the laughter that filled the room and the sweet aroma of pizza that filled the air while we all ate and chatted happily. It was a memorable experience, one which was brought about by sharing a pizza.
Apart from the social significance of consuming a good made pizza, it's tremendous nutritional benefits are to good to be ignored or go unnoticed. The pizza contains a good amount of proteins in it. Front the cheese which is usually present in some type of pizzas to the lean grilled meat added as assortment , the pizza can provide one with essential amino acids needed by the body to repair worn out tissues and help in the body building of a person.
Also, the tomato sauce which is usually spread at the top of the crust is very rich in antioxidants like lycopene which helps in decreasing high blood pressure,
fighting against germs and disease and can help reduce the risk of developing cancer. The vegetables added as toppings completes the entire dish, making it a balanced diet. From the onions, bell pepper down to the other veggies that makes up the pizza, the overload of minerals and vitamins that an individual can gain just from eating a simple bite of this marvellous snack is uncountable.
In conclusion, this perfectly baked pie which I find so hard to resist is not just my favorite alone, but also a favourite to many around the world. Its popularity has made it a must-get in many eateries, fastfood and restaurant. Not to mention how easily one can get it just by placing a call from anywhere they are to order for it. It is indeed, no wonder why it is a favourite of many not just me alone around the world.
