Still on SPS Goal to achieve this year in 2023

I wish you all a very happy new year 2023 and I hope that everyone had a great time in the beginning of this year. New year is an opportunity to create new year resolutions and also to set up certain goals for the year. I did the same and will be shared more about it in my post but for now I will be talking about the SPS only. SPS is the governance coin of splinterlands game and with this coin there are certain benefits that every holder gets. I am bullish on this token because of the benefits offered by the project.

I expect that the price for SPS will easily go up by 10x and it is just a matter of time. Maybe it can take a few months or maybe even more but that is not the concern because the project is solid and it is growing. Currently I hold more than 80k tokens in my account and all these coins are deposited hence earning and apr of over 24%. This percentage is very good because in traditional world we cannot get this much of the returns on the investment. Usually banks pay an interest rate of approximately 5 to 8% but here we can easily earn 24% which is way higher.

My goal is to have 100k sps points in my account and I'll be trying my best to achieve this milestone as early as possible. SPS price is down these days which I think is a good opportunity to accumulate more and buy from the market. I did buy a lot in last couple of weeks and now running out of funds. When the market is down then it is difficult to get more funds because assets are available at the lower price but liquidity crunch is almost every time I face.

I do not want to sell out my hive for SPS as of now, and this is why it might take a bit longer for me to buy more SPS but I am on it. I will be trying my best to achieve the milestone for 100k SPS and once it happens then I will continue to accumulate all the rewards that I generate through the stake. I mean to say that even if I achieve the milestone then also I will continue to build my holding over the period of time because I do not want to stop there.

SPS is also part of the reward pool which is why lot of people are getting the SPS in the game but the token use case is strong and I expect that this will increase further which can contribute to the price appreciation over the period of time. There are multiple ways in the game ecosystem through which we can generate SPS and holding certain assets is one out of it. There are people who are holding millions of SPS because they believe in the project and I am sure this decision of holding the token for the long term will give them a great opportunity to earn decent income on the investment. I believe that bear market is the best time to buy accumulate and through this way we should build our own holding. I'm not sharing any financial advice here but just a strategy and thought which I follow with my investment planning on SPS. If you believe in the project and have long term vision then you can also give it a try with certain amount. Even if the price does not increase which is not likely to happen but in this case also will be able to increase your investment by more than 20% easily.

If you look at the broader side of the picture then also we will find that play to earn is a new segment in the crypto and it is getting lot of attention. When more people join the play to earn then it will also bring more investment which will increase the market cap and this will also bring the benefit to the people who are already part of this play to earn segment in the gaming.
