Splinterlands Season is Over and My EOS Reward

The season for the splinterlands land is over now and another one is started that will be ending in approx 15 days approximately. One season is for 15 days, which is the time that we can utilise to increase the ranking and rating because with higher ratings we can expect better in-game rewards. Now I am getting familiar with the new reward system where we are getting GLINT tokens as part of the reward. It takes time to get familiar with the change and now after completing two seasons, it feels like this change is good but may not be full of surprises like before. The earlier reward mechanism was completely different where we were getting season chest cards and didn't know what we were going to get out of these chest cards. Sometimes reward was not good but sometimes it was excellent because it was a completely random process that we can also call lucky as we did not know what we were going to get out of it.

EOS Glint Reward

Now this token that we receive as part of the reward is called a glint token and we can use this in the reward shop. As of now, there are very limited options available in the shop but after going through the town hall updates team keeps on sharing that they are going to make it even better, and more options will be added. Having more options in the reward shop will make it better and I anticipate that next few weeks or maybe in next week's regions things are going to be even better. This is my end-of-season reward and I have got 167K glint tokens which I think is a good amount. Last time I got 145K in the Champions League and this time it is 167K which I think is a good increase on the token count.

SPS Holding

I'm trying to increase my sps holding at the same time because I know that with a higher sps balance in the game account, I should be able to get better in-game rewards. Currently, the price of S P S token is quite low and I'm trying to buy it quite frequently and power it up to grow my holding. Sps price is in the downtrend and even the APR has gone down because earlier it was more than 14% but now it is less than 14% hence there is a dip in the APR percentage. I use all my spears to take for my gaming and I don't delegate it but it's a good option for those who are not playing the game because they can't lead out their sps power and earn some additional reward which is not a bad idea.

New Season Started

Currently, I am in the Diamond 2 league with a 3200 rating after the season end and now I need to play and take it to the Champions League. My energy count is below 20 so I will take a pause here which is going to be for about a day that will add approximately 24 energies and then I will start to increase my gamer ranking. I play in wild format, and I will continue to do the same because I don't think there is a big difference in reward between modern and wild format.

Whatever count I have received for the token of decision and his good enough and maybe in the coming seasons I should be able to increase it further because I'm growing my sps holding which might surely impact the core.

Baron’s Bounty Ending

The promotional sale is ending today and there is still some time left for any participants and become part of the prize pool. I know that most people might have done their part and even I did it on day one so that I could a higher multiplier of fifty points now I am waiting for the result that will be announced after a couple of days, but this sale is over. I don't know what is going to happen but I'm looking forward to getting something out of the reward tool again it depends upon luck.

A lot is going on in the Crypto market and similarly, some major changes have been made to the game as well. It takes time to get familiar with all the changes and now I'm getting much more familiar with the new rewards system where we are with the tokens instead of segment chest cards. Changes can be complicated in the beginning, but I think once we give it some time then we figure out the outcome and seems like these changes are good because they give us more flexibility and the option to accumulate for something big.
