Buying and Opening Gladius Packs

Buying different assets in the game it's something that many of us do quite often and even I do it whenever I see that it's time. Talking about the Gladius packs earlier I was trying to buy once or twice in a month and because of that, I was able to accumulate a good number of merits that I finally utilised. Now today I'm back again to use the merits that I have earned through the last brawl season and going to see what cards I am going to get out of the packs. I will be buying and opening the packs and as always the pack opening is a fun activity and I am sure many of you would agree with me.

In the last season, I got 7,394 Merits and 51.256 staked SPS. This is a good amount of merits and SPS of course and this is why I say that participation in Brawl is worth it because we are rewarded with two components and both are helping us to get some valuable cards and SPS tokens of course which is like having more is great. I have accumulated over 8000 merits now. I'll be able to buy 4 packs which can get me 20 cards in total and if I am lucky enough then I can also get some gold or legendary cards but I am not sure of this because it is completely random and also dependent on my luck.

Bought 4 Gladius Packs

I can buy 4 packs for 8000 merits because this is the maximum I can utilise out of my balance. The process is very easy and simple we just need to enter the card count and click on the pay with merits button which will open a pop-up for another confirmation.

This is the pop-up I can see and after clicking on the OK button the transaction will be processed successfully and post that the balance will be reflected on the same page.

Here is the updated balance where you can see that it says you have four packs and now it is time for me to move ahead and open these packs to see what cards are inside that I am going to get. Opening pack is a process that hardly takes a few seconds and it is something that brings the surprise element because we do not know what cards we are going to get. Some people like to click on these cards one by one but I prefer to go with all so that the surprise is revealed in just a few seconds.

Pack Opening

I'm going to open all my packs in one go hence I have entered the 4 quantities which I have purchased and Justice clicked on the open button. Within a few seconds, it was done and I was able to see 20 cards block in front of Maine and then I clicked open all to check what cards were there.

These are the cards I have got out of these four packs and the total count is twenty. I did not get any legendary but glad that I got one gold card in a rare edition which is Captain Katie this is a nice card with magic attack hence I can say that the opening pack is worth it. Apart from this I also got some rear and epic cards including some common of course. Although the count of a big card is not high as it is just one I think it is good enough and since I have got a couple of rear cards including gold foil I can say that it was worth opening these 4 packs and most probably I will be trying to follow the same strategy going forward.

I think it's better to buy an open pack just after the season ends hence I'll be trying to follow this but I'm not sure if I would be regular or not. However, I'll be trying more to be consistent on this part of the game and would not be waiting for months to accumulate more and buy more packs in one go rather than buying frequently and opening is a good idea.

I do not have any plan to burn these cards as of now because my focus is to grow my holding and that too I am trying to level up these cards on the higher level. Quora is one of the cards that is very powerful in Gladius Edition and I still have it on level 2 hence I aim to have that card as many as BCX I can to increase the level because undoubtedly it is a beast in the game. This is just an example because many cards are also a good addition to the game and with a higher level of course we get a better gaming experience that improves the winning ratio as well.
