Brugg and Pestalozzi

It was the last warm day before autumn in Brugg. the sun was just starting to break over the Aare river and the small town of Brugg. Along the charming market square with his historic buildings and cobblestone streets.

Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi one of Switzerlands most influential educators lived on this street towards the end of his life. He belived in holistic education that emphasized both the heart and the intellect, as well as practical skills.

From the Aare bridgeyou have a beautiful view of the river throught the valley.

The sun is now higher and the streets are starting to come alive. After a fine lunch my short work here is done and I can enjoy the way at hom, beside a beautiful park with deers.
