Bran the Dracula Castle
Bran Castle referred also as Draculas Castle is a fistoric fortress located near Bran in Romania, about 25 km soutwest of Brasov, a mix of Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque architecture. The construction began about 1377.
The castle has be owned by varous royal families, including a royal residence.
Dracula associacion is only a connections with Vlad the Impaler, the real figurof the Dracula legend. Vlad the Impaler was a 15th- century ruler of Wallachia, known for his brutal methodsof punishment, which inspired the vampire legend.
