The Final Say ~ Alvin Junior Signs Off | The Long Chain Of Goodness Comes To An Epic End With A Cap
Hello, gamers of Hive. I hope you all are doing well.
Today, I will share the last episode of this long main-story series that shall have a lasting effect on me. This is where we get to play as Aj and end the game as Aj prepares for the new challenges life will throw at him.
Without further ado, let's begin!
Clementine is alive and well, and humoring the kids at dinner time. Aj finds himself taking on some responsibility when visitors near the school safe zone arrive as Clem and Violet discuss their course of action. Aj rescued Clementine's hat with Rosie while fishing for supper. Before this, a short flashback of Clem was shown where we find how she got a working car. She found a dead woman under the closet, most likely died protecting Aj, and buried the keys in her hand. She found Aj inside the top cabinet, cowering. The flashback was shown exactly before Aj swung his axe toward Clementine as they were stuck inside James' walker collection barn. Aj had to make a choice, either strike Clem or do something unimaginable. Clem got bit when she was climbing a higher road and a walker grabbed her and bit the soft tissue inside her wounded leg. Clem promised Violet to meet her at school after she and Aj failed to climb over a fence. They were running away from the zombies that Minnie had attracted to get her brother killed. The plan was successful as Aj decided to either shoot Tenn to force Violet to cross the gap in the bridge or let Violet convince Tenn to come over. Clem and Aj were successful at shaking the raiders and Minnie off their back once they got on shore after the explosion at the ship and the death of Lily at the hands of Aj.
The game begins with Clem looking down on herself as she compares the fruits of her actions with the consequences. Aj reassured her and added that her stand on those decisions was the best.
The kids were as playful as they should be as they ran with freedom in the playground. Rosie came along and casually sat between the two.
Clem further criticized her actions and confessed that she never really had a plan for everyone else. Aj said she was being crazy and was super helpful to everyone else.
She also added that her relying on Aj to make the hard decision back in the cave, on the bridge, and at the barn was the right one as she could not make the right ones then. And because of that, he would have to be extra careful for her because if she fell... she would be the first victim.
And finally, Aj thanked her for teaching him everything and Clementine welcomed him for everything. Peace was finally achieved and Clem realized that her duties were coming to an end soon as she let out a sigh of relief with the other kids also knowing peace.
Aj turned to return to his room to keep Clem's cap. That's when we knew that the main story of The Walking Dead was finally over.
Aj explored his room more and went through all the action figures that had been collected for him. He commented on the drawing that Tennesse had made for him, he wished for Tenn to have all the crayons he had wanted since he did not have enough to finish it.
Lastly, he kept Clementine's cap, the one Lee had found on little Clementine in her home, on the table near the window as the golden rays showered it with warmth and goodness.
This is also where the game thanked the players for playing the game.
I believe I should've asked Violet to let me name the place.

Actually, it isn't. Skybound released a comic following Clementine after S4, but apparently it completely sucked. People complained that it felt like the writer never played the games, especially since it has Clementine moving on from Erikson but deciding to leave AJ there.
I meant that the main story in game version is done. All I have left to play is the DLC.
Dont think there's any DLC for Season 4. There's 400 days for Season 1, and than there's the michonne mini series. But honestly the Michonne mini series is more aimed towards the comic book fans as it explains where she went in between a few issues and what she got up too.
