Recientemente les escribi sobre mi gata, Pretinha, y les comente que ultimamente estaba escapandose de casa. Bueno les cuento que desde aqulla publicacion mi gata salió de casa y estubo por fuera unos tres dias!. Eso nos preocupó mucho a mi esposo y a mi pues, ella no esta castrada y parece que ya esta entrando en periodo de celo, tambien la vimos junto a un gato que no la queria dejar venir.

Nosotros la llamabamos desde la ventana y como aqui es alto podiamos verla en el techo de las casas de al lado junto a un lado, pero cuando yo la llamaba y ella intentaba regresar el gato no la dejaba, lo cual me preocupó mucho más, ella no sabia como regresar desde donde estaba.

We called her from the window and as it is high here we could see her on the roof of the houses next door, but when I called her and she tried to come back the cat wouldn't let her, which worried me a lot more, she didn't know how to come back from where she was.

Cuando llegamops al sitio, explicamos la situacion, que eramos vecinos y hace dias que estabamos buscando a nuestra gata y nos parecio que estaba en ese sitio por algun lado, asi que nos dejaron pasar y comencé a llamarla, y ensequida ella respondio y se asomo por un huequito en el techo del lugar.

  Yesterday when we came back from an event we called her again but this time she was not visible, we could only hear her meowing from inside a house. So I told my husband to go look for her, because she was trapped, no doubt.

When we arrived at the site, we explained the situation, that we were neighbors and we had been looking for our cat for days and it seemed to us that she was in that place somewhere, so they let us pass and I started to call her, and she answered and peeked through a hole in the roof of the place.

Una señora que trabaja ahí pero llevo a la parte de arriba por dentro de la casa y ahí la pude ver y agarrar a mi pequeña, me emocionó mucho poder rescartarla. Ya se sentia mas flaquita pues no habia comido bien en todo esos dia, o no habia commido nada. Ella estaba nerviosa asi que la trajimos rapido para la casa. Ya en calma pude percibir que si tardabamos más esas personas se hubieran adueñado de mi gata! Pero al menos ya la rescatamos, ahora tenemos que estar más atentos para que no salga sola y tambien tenemos que buscar un sitio para esterilizarla.

But at least we rescued her, now we have to be more attentive so that she doesn't go out alone and we also have to look for a place to sterilize her.

Tambien le compre una cuerdita para sacarla a pasear, sin embatgo ayer se la medí y creo que le queda muy grande por que se soltó con facilidad, asi que la tengo que ajustar.

Sin duda, nos llevamos un susto. pense de todo, que iba a volver algun dia pero preñana, o tambien que alguien la podia ver y llevarsela, o simplemente quedar en la calle sin saber como volver!. Graxias a Dios que ya esta de vielta y en seguridad en casa. 😍

I also bought her a rope to take her out for a walk, but yesterday I measured it and I think it is too big for her because it came loose easily, so I have to adjust it.

Without a doubt, we had a scare. I thought everything, that she was going to come back someday but pregnant, or that someone could see her and take her away, or just stay in the street without knowing how to get back. Thank God she is now back home safe and sound. 😍
