The Benefits of a Diet Rich in Both Vegetables and Meats

In this world we have different kind of people regarding eating such as some are more interested in eating healhty foods such as meats, while like middle class foods which is the mix of meat and vegetables and while some are lover of vegetables.

I dont think so eating much meat which includes chicken, beef, mutton and other eats are good for the health. According to the latest research one of the reasons of heart attack and strokes are the most eating of meats on regular basis.

Meats are no doubt full of calories, calcium, proteins but also they are high cholesterol and they can easily stop the wall od the heart veins. These meats are really dangerous for the health if its eaten on regular basis but as compared to vegetables they are more safer with more nutrients.

To be honest i am not lover of vegetables but because of the health benefits i like to eat vegetables. Vegetables include different vege foods and if i say there are more than 100 kinds will not be wrong. If you eat only 20 of them with changing on every day you will develop healthy body.

BOOSTING HEALTH AND IMMUNITY WITH VEGETABLES

There are some vegetables which i like it the most and its my try to cook them in home on regular basis. Also green salads are one of the best vegetable mixture which is very beneficial for health. Salads if available during lunch or dinner will boost your energy and help you become more hungry.

These salads are no doubt when eaten at specific time will help boost your immune system. There are many people who have weak eye sight, bad health skin, cholesterol issues, cancer disease, poor digestive system and many more problems. These salada are very helpful for them to cure all those diseases.

We all must create proper food schedule in our daily so that to keep our health body at balance. This is very clear that no more eating and no more eating of vegetable is better for health life. Balance eating of both of vegetables and meats are the best source of your healthy life.
