When summer season arrive different vegetables and fruits are available to eat and enjoy the taste. We are here heading towards hot days and I have seen many delicious vegetables and fruits on the cart stalls. Specially Watermelon which is he best fruit of the summer season which is cold in nature.

This is the fruit which is very best to refuel your energy after the heavy workout. I like watermelon juice as well which is full of benefits for the human body. Today in this post I am here to share some different vegetables of the summer season and which is currently available in my city.

HEALTH BENEFITS OF RADISH, POTATO, ONIONS, SPINACH, CABBAGE, AND GREEN LEAVES

The favorite vegetables of the summer season are Radish, Potato, Onions, Spinach, Cabbage, and other green leaves. These are the best vegetable which are more consumed in the summer season and has many health benefits. I was passing by the road where I saw vegetable shop which I ask him to allow me take some pictures.

We use these vegetables mostly in our dishes and in the form of Salads while some people also use them as juices. But I don't like to drink the juices of these vegetables which is not good in taste. But rather eat them in Salads with the Lunch and dinner.

Specially, My Salad is the mixture of Tomatoes, Radish, Onion, cucumber and other green leafs. One of the benefits of these vegetables in Salads are that they contain high amount of water which maintains the water level of the body. I dont drink much water during the day and these salads will help me maintain the water level of my body.

Eating vegetables in daily life are more advantageous for the human health. One who is the regular user of vegetables have healthy eyes, soft and bright skin, healthy heart, good digestive system and other health benefits. These are the people who always remain fresh through out the day.

Vegetables are also used in dishes which makes the taste of the food even more good. Specially tomatoes are mostly used in every dish as Garavi and to enhance the taste of the food. Coriander is another flavor which are more used in our dishes for enhancing the taste as well as health benefits.
