Peanut satay

Hi friends, on this occasion I want to share some photos that I took a while ago when my sister and I made goat satay and chicken satay at home

So we first bought the meat sold in malls, then we cut it into small pieces and my lover made the seasoning while I put the meat on the skewers

the meat is very tender because it has been boiled first, but the chicken pieces are maybe a little smaller which makes it break quickly So you have to be very careful

once when inserting the chicken meat into the skewers So is the meat because it is too tender and the pieces are a little small

some so it makes a little skin in the process of making the satay, my sister made the sauce seasoning, Padang seasoning because she had put in the blended spices

the wrong one made the taste a little strange but still edible then I made other seasonings, peanut sauce and the taste was just right, just a little too much pepper

when stirring over the fire then we grilled it on an electric cooker because here it is a bit difficult to burn outside our house

have to go to the sea and not all seas allow us to have barbecues fish or whatever we make it after Maghrib prayer

after Isya prayer just about to finish the seasoning is delicious when there is nothing left but my grandmother and mother do not like meat, they prefer chicken or fish, they like meat
