Greetings from me,

I hope you're all good, Today's i get up early morning for morning duty. I've started my activities from oral hygiene and bath. After completing my health hygiene i sate up my grooming and ready for hospital. I've cleaned my room and left within fouty minutes. I got nearest hotel and take Tea with breakfast. In vadodara city i seen many natural time changes climate and different colors of clouds. I reached hospital before 10 minutes and do punch in after i meet my friends and other staff of hospital. All morning staff members are fully energetic and grooming. After entering an ICU I've meet to all patients they are all suffering from different illness and some people are near end of life but they are also happy due to our nature and impressed from our Greetings. I've two patients. one of the two patients was gone for operation theater for surgery for acute necrotizing pancreatitis. His surgery completed within 3 hours.

After his surgery evening staff arrived and taken my hand over. I've punching out at 02:00 pm and relieved from hospital. After 03:00 pm I've taken lunch and returned from home.

City bus was too late so I've taken help from my friend aakash he dropped me home by his bike. Finally arrived from hospital I've bath and fresh after i read books of nursing and general knowledge.

Today's shedual was busy so I'm tired and tomorrow also my morning. I've taken my dinner before 7 am and because i want sleep as soon as possible.

But at 08:00 pm electricity was distress so i can't sleep an early so that i wrote this post of activities of the day. After i spend time with social media and visit my Facebook account and instagram account.
