The power of habit
Hi,
today I'm writing a short post, as I'm kind of tired, but want to do it. Most of the time, I don't miss a day without writing. It is a good habit, that I've managed to introduce after taking part in @dragosroua challenge over 4 years ago.
He did have 30-day challenge of writing, to form this habit. It is actually a good habit, as it forms along the way. With writing, I see that I manage to articulate myself better. Far away from being able to publish a bestseller, but there is an improvement in what I do.
This habit helped me a lot in the communication with others, as it made the verbal exchange a lot easier. Also, the message is better transmitted.
After realizing the benefits, I've started introducing new habits every 2-3 months, small ones, but they are helping me in the daily routine. Like for example, when packing, I do it in a certain order, which helps with picking clothes for a new day when travelling. Just small details, that save time and improve thinking. Yes, it improves thinking, as my mind is freed from the choice mechanism that I used to have before the habit. Tough questions on picking the right clothes, for example. Now it comes automatically, and I'm done in half of the time.
Even if my life is very diverse, with unexpected travels, different working and sleep hours, I try to stick to the basic habits, which works unexpectedly well.
I recommend everyone to do a 30-day writing channel in here. After that, nothing is going to be the same again, maybe I'm even going to initiate it.

Having the habit of a writer is a great habit it opens up your mind in many ways
I enjoy the same simplicity in the daily write, I spent a good year or 2 posting every day, but have become intellectually exhausted lately suffering from some kind of writers block.
