Evergreen rewards are here

To sum it up, it was the announcement that the LeoAds protocol has been launched and that the evergreen rewards are here.
But what does this mean? It means that if you publish something via the frontend inleo.io, you will get rewards beyond the 7 days on payouts, if your post gets views.
How is this possible? Easy, there are ads on the frontend, that bring in revenue. This revenue is used to buy $LEO from the market, which is then distributed to the delegators to @leo.voter and to the posts that generated this views.
But will not the add company gt the data? Yes, this is a concern, but you are on a blockchain, where everything is open and available, and every crawler bot has the data already, so why not use it, to get some money out of it. It helps with the inflation, especially as the delegators rewards will come from the market and will not be new printed $LEO. We have with this the chance to increase the token price by a couple of times, and if the staking continues, it will definitely benefit the community in the long run.
There are some good advantages coming with it:
- The quality of the content will increase in the long run.
- $LEO price will increase steadily
- If quality is good, no need to worry about flags and downvotes from haters, as they affect only the 7 days payout, and usually the haters don't have $LEO
- Community will pay more attention on long term growth
- it will be one of the first layer 2 projects, that shows that layer 1 does not need to give rewards, only to power up the chain
There might be some concerns towards plagiarism, abuse, and other illicit stuff. But in the past this was done easily and the posts doing so, have been hidden from the front end, which does not earn rewards in the long run, as they don't generate any revenue.
How do you see it? I think this is a positive development, which shows the real power of #web3.

This is surely a good development as more and more rewards will be coming out based on the power of a decentralized Web3.0 let's put in more effort together we achieve more.
I believe this is a big step for Inleo, taking actions that other communities havent, for the most part every community is attach to a token for some reason as the main source of revenue for the users but this is thinking out of the box and very attractive for more users to join, I wonders whats next for Inleo, 2024 going to be great 💪

Inleo are setting the bar for a community token. I know people keep going on and on about it in Hive, well they did it and leoads is a fantastic thing to see.
I see as a nice model of developments for layer 2 approach. A lot of communities can learn from it. This year will show a lot of changes.
