Muy buenas noches Sketchbook. Hoy quería improvisar un poco, no buscaba hacer algo demasiado elaborado sino mas bien algo que me permitiera sentir libertad en mi mano, un dibujo algo descuidado y sin ningún detalle extra mas que un retrato con efecto de pintura, digamos que hoy no tenia ganas de ser tan perfeccionista y lo bueno del arte es que te puedes expresar como quieras o como te sientas en ese momento, para este dibujo elegí una paleta de colores rosas y marrones desaturados y al final quise añadir algo de luz con un tono beige claro, espero que les guste.

Good evening Sketchbook.
Today I wanted to improvise a little, I wasn't looking to do something too elaborate but rather something that would allow me to feel freedom in my hand, a somewhat careless drawing without any extra detail but a portrait with a painting effect, let's say that today I didn't feel like being so perfectionist and the good thing about art is that you can express yourself as you want or as you feel at that moment, for this drawing I chose a palette of pink and brown desaturated colors and at the end I wanted to add some light with a light beige tone, I hope you like it.

Proceso/Process

Realice el boceto y elegí los colores, empecé colocando un rosa piel de base, luego añadí mas tonos oscuros y claros para crear las luces y sombras, en una nueva capa añadí mas colores y comencé a mezclar para dejar una piel mas lisa pero al mismo tiempo con textura, asi que esta vez no difumine mucho, pinte las cejas, pestañas y cabello.

I made the sketch and chose the colors, I started with a skin pink base, then I added more dark and light tones to create the lights and shadows, in a new layer I added more colors and started to blend to leave a smoother skin but at the same time with texture, so this time I didn't blur much, I painted the eyebrows, eyelashes and hair.

Con un tono marrón mas claro dibuje luces en el cabello para asi darle un poco mas de forma, quise un fondo con un tono parecido a los que estaba usando asi que tome este rosa pálido y lo coloque, luego añadí luz con un beige, empecé a mezclar los colores hasta dejar una textura bastante rustica que hiciera esta especie de mezcla entre el personaje y el fondo, añadí luces en los ojos, labios y nariz y luego edite la imagen aumentando un poco más la saturación.

With a lighter brown tone I drew lights in the hair to give it a little more shape, I wanted a background with a similar tone to the ones I was using so I took this pale pink and placed it, then I added light with a beige, I started to mix the colors until I left a quite rustic texture that made this kind of mix between the character and the background, I added lights in the eyes, lips and nose and then I edited the image increasing a little more the saturation.

Has logrado capturar una sensación tan cálida y relajada con esa paleta de colores suaves y esa textura tan orgánica. Es un dibujo que realmente transmite esa libertad y espontaneidad que buscabas. Muy hermoso!
