Look at me

Pues hoy comencé pensando en una idea, quería un retrato impactante y pensé que lo mas impactante de un rostro es la mirada, lo que refleja los ojos, por eso decidí hacer ojos similares en la parte superior e inferior de cada ojo, un retrato bastante cercano para que se pudiese detallar aun mejor cada parte que fuese a pintar, una vez listo el boceto comencé a añadir colores, primero usé un color piel con una tonalidad naranja de base, luego empecé a agregar mas tonos cálidos donde estaría delimitando las luces y las sombras, cree una nueva capa donde agregue aun mas tonos que darían la forma completa al rostro y finalmente comencé a mezclar todos estos colores utilizando un pincel con textura para darle ese toque imperfecto.

Well today I started thinking about an idea, I wanted a striking portrait and I thought that the most striking of a face is the look, what reflects the eyes, so I decided to make similar eyes at the top and bottom of each eye, a fairly close portrait so you could detail even better each part to be painted, once the sketch was ready I began to add colors, first I used a skin color with a base orange hue, then I started to add more warm tones where I would be delimiting the lights and shadows, I created a new layer where I added even more tones that would give the complete shape to the face and finally I started to mix all these colors using a textured brush to give it that imperfect touch.
