Buenas noches amigos. Hoy estuve de animo para hacer un dibujo, hace varios días que no hacia un dibujo “libre” ya que he estado mas enfocada en dibujar personajes de juegos, sin embargo, siempre me gusta seguir con mis dibujos, hoy quise hacer un retrato al revés que simula estar sumergida en agua con una tonalidad rojiza, esta vez quise hacer los ojos realistas pero a la vez con una mirada que no parece tan real, no se como explicarlo, pero me encantan los ojos en este dibujo, utilice una paleta de color que he usado muy pocas veces donde mezclo un poco de rosa, rojo beige y verde que es una combinación que al final resulta bastante bien y le da una estética diferente a cualquier dibujo, espero que les guste.

Today I was in the mood to make a drawing, it's been several days since I did a “free” drawing since I've been more focused on drawing game characters, however, I always like to continue with my drawings, today I wanted to make an upside down portrait that simulates being submerged in water with a reddish hue, this time I wanted to make the eyes realistic but at the same time with a look that does not seem so real, I do not know how to explain it, but I love the eyes in this drawing, I used a color palette that I have used very few times where I mix a little pink,red, beige and green which is a combination that in the end is quite good and gives a different aesthetic to any drawing, I hope you like.

Proceso/Process

Realice mi boceto y comencé a pintar, agregue un color gris azulado de fondo ya que al principio pensaba hacer el agua de este tono, después empecé a pintar la piel usando marrones, rosas y verdes en un modo desaturado y agregando las luces y sombras, después agregue una nueva capa donde añadí más colores dándole forma por completo al rostro, cuello y pecho, empecé a mezclar estos colores hasta dejar una piel con textura suave, detalle la nariz, ojos y labios con mucho cuidado para luego ocuparme del cabello, para todo este dibujo utilice un pincel difuso que me ayudara a dar ese efecto realista y a la vez suave y desenfocado, pinte el cabello con marrón oscuro y luego añadí algunos reflejos de luz.

I made my sketch and started to paint, I added a bluish gray background color because at first I thought to make the water of this tone, then I started to paint the skin using browns, pinks and greens in a desaturated mode and adding the lights and shadows, then I added a new layer where I added more colors giving shape completely to the face, neck and chest, I started to mix these colors until I left a skin with soft texture, I detailed the nose, eyes and lips very carefully and then I took care of the hair, for all this drawing I used a diffuse brush to help me to give that realistic effect and at the same time soft and unfocused, I painted the hair with dark brown and then I added some light reflections.

Quise añadir mas color al rostro agregándole algunas tonalidades rojizas alrededor de los ojos y tambien dibujando una especie de marcas de sangre desde los ojos hasta la frente, para este punto se me ocurrió teñir de un rojo suave el agua, después agregue iluminaciones al igual para darle mas realismo asi como tambien en algunas zonas del rostro que quería resaltar, para finalizar como siempre, realice una edición de la imagen y me gusto la idea de hacerlo ver todo un poco mas oscuro, asi que modifique la exposición, luces, saturación y contraste.

I wanted to add more color to the face adding some reddish tones around the eyes and also drawing a kind of blood marks from the eyes to the forehead, for this point I thought to dye the water a soft red, then I added highlights to give it more realism as well as in some areas of the face that I wanted to highlight, to finish as always, I made an edition of the image and I liked the idea of making it look a little darker, so I modified the exposure, lights, saturation and contrast.
