Maketa de EP de 3 canciones originales | EP mockup of 3 original songs - (es-en)

Hola gente bella, en este post quiero mostrarles un pequeño trabajo muy especial para mí. Se trata de la maketa de un EP de 3 canciones propias que quería grabar desde hace tiempo, así que realice esta maketa de la forma más analógica posible, de todas formas es la muestra de algo que me gustaría llevar a un estudio profesional...así que esto sirve como propuesta para un proyecto; un album.

Esta maketa la hice utilizando solo un micrófono condensador genérico y una minilaptop Canaima, con un programa de edición de videos (Movavi Video Editor Puls) con la ayuda del super Adobe Audition y sus pluggins de compresores y amplificadores. Para la música utilice solo mi guitarra acústica Hohner para lo que se supone era una guitarra y un bajo, y las baterías las hice con el drumkit de un teclado Casio WK-1800. En la técnica vocal siento que he mejorado bastante pero aun me falta muchísimo...sigo sufriendo el mal del microfono, cada vez que tengo que grabar, pierdo la entonación vocal, pero allí vamos.

Hello beautiful people, in this post I want to show you a very special little work for me. It is the demo of an EP of 3 own songs that I wanted to record for a long time, so this demo in the most elegant way possible, in any case it is the sample of something that I would like to take to a professional studio... so this serves as a proposal for a project; an album.

I made this mockup using only a generic condenser microphone and a Canaima mini-laptop, with a video editing program (Movavi Video Editor Puls) with the help of the super Adobe Audition and its plugins compressors and amplifiers. For the music I used only my Hohner acoustic guitar for what was supposed to be a guitar and bass, and the drums I did with the drumkit of a *Casio WK-1800 keyboard * . In the vocal technique I feel that I have improved a lot but I still have a lot to do... I keep playing the wrong microphone, every time I have to record, I lose my vocal intonation, but here we go.

1. KYBALIONICO

El título de esta canción no tiene que ver con el libro "El Kybalion", libro antiguo de doctrinas y enseñansas filosóficas...aunuque de cierta forma si está relacionado, ya que la canción se trata de un ser misterioso que se aparece en sueños y quieres enviar mensajes, yo siempre pienso que es un enemigo y entonces quiero atacarlo, por eso la frase del coro "Sácate de mi mente", que se refiere a que todo es mental, muchas veces vemos obstaculos en nuestra vida que son creados por nosotros mismos, y simplemente pordemos cambiar esa realidad si tomamos conciencia de ello, porque todo es mental.

1. KYBALIONIC

The title of this song has nothing to do with the book "The Kybalion", an ancient book of philosophical doctrines and teachings...although it is somehow related, since the song is about a mysterious being that appears in dreams and you want to send messages, I always think it's an enemy and then I want to attack it, that's why the phrase in the chorus "Get out of my mind", which refers to the fact that everything is mental, many times we see obstacles in our lives that are created by ourselves, and we can simply change that reality if we become aware of it, because everything is mental.

2. Un Comienzo

El origen de letra de esta canción es algo comico para mi, ya que se trata acerca de un cambio de trabajo xd...pero fundamentalmente se le podrían atribuir otras enseñanzas, como que "soltar para avanzar". Verán, la historia es que yo estaba en un trabajo en una plataforma de internet la cual realmente me servía de ayuda económica, pero a la vez me parecía que era muy explotadora y esclavizante y de verdad que fueron muchas malas experiencias, hasta que empece en una nueva plataforma donde me fue 10000 veces mejor y mi vida mejoro en todos los aspectos y además lo que mas amo, la música...por supuesto esa plataforma fue #Hive. Y como tuve la oportunidad hasta de mostrar composiciones originales, pues no perdí la oportunidad de componer esta canción y mostrar todo mi repudio a esta antigua experiencia jaja y la vez elabar mi nuevo camino.. la cual presente en un #HiveOpenMic. Debo confesar que también hay algo de sentimentalismo y amor...ya que había un amor del pasado que me había abandonado hacía mucho tiempo atrás pero el cual pase muchos años anclado mental y espiritualmente hasta que porfin decidí hacer el break, digamos que todo se conjugo en una sola canción. Y de verdad que me vida ha cambiado para mucho desde entonces.

Y básicamente el mensaje de esta canción se resume en; no dejes de hacer eso que tanto deseas, por atarte a algo que no te resulta, recuerda que todo es mental. No pierdas la oportunidad de lograrlo y mas aún si la oportunidad te llama

2. A Start

You see, the story is that I was working on an internet platform which really helped me financially, but at the same time it seemed to me that it was very exploitative and enslaving and really there were many bad experiences, until I started in a new platform where I did 10,000 times better and my life improved in all aspects and also what I love the most, music...of course that platform was #Hive. And since I even had the opportunity to show original compositions, I didn't miss the opportunity to compose this song and show all my rejection of this old experience haha ​​and at the same time elaborate my new path... which I present in a #HiveOpenMic. I must confess that there is also some sentimentality and love...since there was a love from the past that had abandoned me a long time ago but which spent many years anchored mentally and spiritually until I finally decided to break, let's say that everything is over. conjugate in one song. And really, my life has changed a lot since then.

3. Mi Sol, Mi Norte (Cumaná)

El origen de esta canción no requiere mucha explicación, pues la letra está basada y dedicada a mi tierra, la ciudad de Cumaná y toda la tierra oriental del estado sucrre. Aunque la letra no está muy bien estructurada ni con muchos recursos folklóricos, si logro expresar mi pasión y amor por estas tierras. Como he mencionado en varias ocaciones, nunca he sido un buen compositor de letras, es algo que me cuesta mucho, siempre me he basado en la parte musical. Y aquí quice hacer algo bien tropical y caribeño a la vez que manteniendo la esencia de rock...por eso termine haciendo este hibrido de rock reggaeton, pop y hasta raggamuffin...realmente me ha gustado y he quedado satisfecho.

3. My Sun, My North (Cumaná)

The origin of this song does not require much explanation, since the lyrics are based on and dedicated to my land, the city of Cumaná and all the eastern land of the Sucre state. Although the lyrics are not very well structured nor do they have many folkloric resources, they do manage to express my passion and love for these lands. As I have mentioned on several occasions, I have never been a good composer of lyrics, it is something that is very difficult for me, I have always based myself on the musical part. And here I wanted to do something very tropical and Caribbean while maintaining the essence of rock...that's why I ended up doing this hybrid of rock reggaeton, pop and even raggamuffin...I really liked it and I've been satisfied.
