Idea numero 13 que es un delicioso arroz de coliflor con camarones y anillos de calamar, con unos vegetales para darle más sabor, esta idea es excelente para bajar el nivel de carbohidratos que nos aporta el arroz común al consumirlo, me acompañan a realizar esta rica y fácil preparacion amigos.

- 100 gramos de calamar
- 1 coliflor (480 gramos)
- 1 cebolla
- 1/2 pimentón rojo
- 2 ajos
- 4 tallos de cebollín
- 1 limón
- 20 gramos de cebolla puerro
- 80 gramos entre habichuelas y zanahorias
- sal, caldo de pescado y salsa de soya

- 1/2 red paprika
- 2 garlic

Preparación 🍽️ Preparation
Comenzamos
Lo primero que haremos será lavar muy bien el pimentón, la cebolla y el puerro, para luego cortar lo mas pequeño que podamos cortes brunoise, junto al ajo también.
- Colocamos en un sarten todos los vegetales, agregamos sal, medio vaso de agua y llevamos a cocción por 5 minutos hasta que los vegetales estén blandos.

Pasado el tiempo de cocción de los vegetales, agregaremos la habichuela, la zanahoria que ya tenia cortada en brunoise y dejamos cocinar por 5 minutos.
Mientras estos se cocinan, vamos a lavar muy bien el coliflor cortándolo a la mitad y con ayuda de un rayador lo procesamos por la parte mas fina de este amigos, nos quedara estilo arroz.

After the cooking time of the vegetables, we will add the beans, the carrot that was already cut into brunoise and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Finalización
Al tener ya los vegetales cocidos, agregamos el coliflor, el caldo de pescado, uniendo muy bien, posteriormente agregamos los camarones y el calamar cocinando por 7 minutos más amigos.
Lavamos el limón y el cebollín, cortándolo al medio y el cebollín en porciones pequeñas.
Finalizamos agregando salsa de soya, el jugo del limón y el cebollín, tendremos ya listo un delicioso arroz de coliflor con frutos del mar para servir.
